Great hotel and staff

Pros: Bed was quite comfortable, everything worked perfectly. Staff was extremely friendly. Greeted with a Mimosa.
Cons: The high-tech light switches took a little practice and would not dim the light bulbs so that you could have a night light in the bathroom.
Location: Walking distance to nightclubs and restaurants. Nice bars and restaurants in the hotel.
Hotel is only a year old and shows it - clean rooms with high-quality fixtures and furnishings.

Concert convenience

Pros: New. Upscale, great location and excellent staff and ambiance.
Cons: Bed was HORRIBLE!!! Too soft, said it was a king, but I really think it was a queen. Rooms (especially side on Biscayne) need sound proofing.
Location: AA arena, Frost and Perez museums, Bayside.
American Airlines Arena concert same night of arrival. Champagne upon check in, room upgrade, wonderful view of Port of Miami. Had to wait quite a while for drink on 14th floor, as the bar up there was NOT open, so drinks came from 1st or 3rd floor bar. Pool was beautiful, poolside assistant very charming, and there was a great breeze. However, surcharge on top of drinks price was really high!!! Restaurant was great, however it didn't open for full service til 6 so we opted for snack at happy hour, where we found out our $15 poolside drink was $8.00 in the lounge without the high fee. The property is exquisite, infinity pool, health club, exquisite lounge and restaurant. Convenient valet parking.

Pure Perfection!

Pros: The bed....I wish I could purchase it.
Cons: I wish the pool had more sun.
The hotel was spotless, the room inviting and the bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. My only compliant is the that the pool is in the middle of a courtyard and the sun seemed to be blocked by the buildings. It is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in!

Great hotel, great location - great stay!

Location: Close to the AA arena, the science center, performing arts center, and many restaurants and clubs/bars within a short walk. 10 min Uber ride to shops.
The ME Miami is a Melia brand hotel, so you can already expect a more upscale atmosphere. The room itself was clean, trendy, and spacious.The hotel is the first 14 floors, then above that are residences. Since there were residences that shared the same facilities (i.e. pool area, gym, lap pool, spa), they were extensive and very cool. The leisure infinity pool was an kept cooler to be a nice escape from the hot sun, the lap pool pointed out over a view of downtown Miami, and the pool restaurant has a menu from the hotel restaurant downstairs STK (aka amazing steakhouse). Staff that checked us in, housekeepers, bell hops, and pool staff were all friendly and helpful. Very close to the AA arena, the science center, performing arts center, and many restaurants and clubs/bars within a short walk. Will be staying there again!

Nice hotel close to American Airlines Arena.

ME Miami is very close to American Airlines Arena and Miami beach. The room adopts some of the most advanced technologies. Very modernized hotel with reasonable price range.

Hotel + Residential= Annoyance

Functionally, the hotel clashed with the residential portion of the building. Multiple elevators for the residential and hotel were really hard to find as the floor was designed like a maze with no distinctive feature to landmark to get back to elevator. The room was modern but the lighting was mastered controlled and difficult to figure out at first. The tub was super high and the glass panel blocked me from turning on the shower without being in the tub which caused me to get splashed in the face with some really cold water in the beginning. Lastly, the coffee machine was inaccessible as the electric cord was too short to pull the machine out far enough to add water to it. When you are only in a hotel for a couple days, don't want to spent time figuring out how to navigate the hotel and your room. I wouldn't stay here again.

Will be staying there every time I return to Miami

Only issue I encountered was I requested a double bed suite and called several times to confirm the suite had double beds and upon my arrival I was informed I can only be offered a one bedroom suite because they were fully booked they did offer me a roll away bed but of course that cramped the style of the room! Other then that everything was perfect!!!!! I'll definitely be returning...
