Excellent view of the port

We had a beautifully located room on the top floor ovetlooking both the bay and the city. Great restaurants close by and the bayside shopping area within walking distance.

Pros: Balcony rooms available.
Did not like having to pay a parking fee for our car while staying there. Staff was friendly and anxious to help.

Just a average hotel .

Not what I expected compared to intercontinental Miami. Rooms were very small. Front of building smells pissy. Not close to shopping area.

I was placed in another hotel on Miami beach cause they over booked ..I had to go to my friend house to take a shower because I had a prior engagement that night..I was very disappointed..

Hurricane

When we arrived, the Hotel was just opening up after being closed due to flooding from hurricane Irma. Even though there was work still beong done in some areas, it didn't effect our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our st at wad comfortable. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Nice hotel close to downtown

Regardless it has been used only to sleep, we really had a good time, and the.most important is the.location closest to bay shore market with a lot of amenities night time

Very nice hotel near cruiseport

Pros: location, convenience, cleanliness, friendly staff
Cons: group of people from adjoining hotel in bar disturbing dinner, but the fact that the hotel has the best Mojitos, is understandable
Location: shopping, marina, cruiseport, beach not too far
Hotel had just opened after repairs from Hurricane Irma. Room was excellent and staff very attending

We had two terrible experiences 1. There was Bugs in the bed 2. False fire alarm run twice we had to run down 18th floors , the satires was filthy and the bath wasn't clear as there was reconstruction work going on

Never got to stay. Hurricane

Not good. No refund hurricane wouldn't let us. We should have received a refund. Won't book with Expedia again
