Never send a package to this hotel

Was ok until regarding a package I ordered they told me several times wasn’t there. I received the confirmation it was there and hotel confirmed was delivered days ago. I left the hotel before that and the explanation was “we update what we receive 48 hours later” so even when the package is there you don’t receive it. I asked to send it to a different address and told me they don’t do that and what they can do is no charging 10 bucks they usually do for every package.

Perfect location across from cruise port

Hotel is Crross cruise port and shopping mall.we only stay for one night and it was perfect.

Convenient

Pros: Hotel Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Make your rooms larger and bathrooms as well. Get the street people away from the facility.
Location: The only thing this hotel had going for it besides their staff is the location to many of the attractions. Bayside Market .
We stayed in this hotel post cruise. I have to say it is a very convenient location to Bayside Market and downtown also cruise terminals. They offer a breakfast buffet for $16.00 pp., They have a nice bar area,drinks are a bit pricey but then that's Miami. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating, I wish the rooms were also. Our room was so small there was no room to move around. This is the smallest room and bathroom I have ever stayed in all my travels. The bathroom, no bigger then a small closet. You could literally sit down on the toilet and brush your teeth at the same time. Turn around and the tub/shower is there....They also charge an extra fee after you check in that was not mentioned in the booking. There are street people outside on the sidewalk as well which was a bit scary. No thanks, I will never stay here in the future. This was not a good experience and it will not be repeated in the future.

expensive hotel for one that has no in room coffee no pool and they charge for room amenities what amenities

Pros: The staff
Cons: The room was too white, they should add some colour to the rooms.
Location: If you like staying downtown Yve is the place for u. Its opposite to Bayside and near to downtown shopping and not too far from the airport.
Hotel is near to everything downtown. The staff were very accommodating and very helpful and pleasant. I felt safe and comfortable.

I was a good experience, very convenient to the even that I was ironman. Staff is nice, hotel is clean but now what I expected it for the price I paid it’s too expensive for the room size.

Location: Great location, terrible hotel.
We stayed at this hotel over the weekend and was VERY disappointed. The staff completely forgot to clean our room and the rooms are extremely small! The décor is cheaply done and the beds are hard. My husband compared it to staying at a Motel. And it cost us over $400.00! I wish I could gen a refund.

Friendly Staff, Close To Cruise ports

After we checked in we were giving complimentary drinks which we both needed. Then we went out to explore the neighborhood and there were plenty of eateries, bars and if you plan on shopping they have a variety of stores. When we checked out the hotel staff was nice enough to print ite boarding paases for us.

Ok stay, could have been better for the price

Need faster elevators, housekeeping does not speak English, did not call me when our room was ready as they promised; unexplained additional charges at check in
