If you want to stay somewhere that offers a timely shuttle, I don't recommend Days Inn and Suites in Milwaukee! And parking...unless you get there early, chances are your not going to get a parking spot! Very limited and unorganized! Do not assume that this is a spacious nice hotel... It looks much nicer in pictures than in reality!

Close to Downtown

Night staff was exceptionally unprofessional. Very “wild” behaviour. Felt like I was in a jungle full of monkeys.

Pleasantly suprised

Posted Nov 9, 2017
Pros: Staff was accommodating, the suites are very nice,
Cons: The addition of dressers and luggage storage would make this a top tier hotel.
Location: not much, however the hotel is located near downtown and the expressway which is a bonus.
While driving from Georgia to Milwaukee on somber family business we realized that we were not going to make it to the hotel within the 3pm to 12 midnight check-in restrictions detailed on the website. We called to let them know and was told that we would be allowed to check-in what ever time that we made it to the hotel. Once there we found that the room that we booked was too cramped for 4 adults, 3 women and one man, so then next morning after to speaking with the manager we were allowed to move to a suite, after paying the room price difference. This REALLY helped a lot as we were able to have the room to move around freely. The suite was very nice and clean, comfortable beds.. The continental breakfast was better than most as it was a full breakfast, meat, eggs, biscuits etc, coffee, juice. Really help us to get the day started. The room was rented for a week, but we finished our business two days earlier and informed the manager, who refunded us two days of the price for the suite, which was very, very admiral. I would definitely stay there again.

Quick & relaxing getaway

Pros: I like that they offered a free shuttle to attractions within 2 miles of the hotel.
Cons: No improvements that I can think of at this time.
Location: The hotel is very close to downtown attractions and not too far from the casino.
The hotel is in a convenient location to downtown. The room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us as well.

Not bad for the price. Free shuttle that runs until 3:00 a.m., free breakfast, they have a bar, and staff are friendly.

Rough area with a lot of loud kids staying there. Had to wait in line 30 minutes to checkin due to it being understaffed. Mold by window in room. Bathrooms were nicely remodeled. Sleeping area was very small.

A true GEM

Posted Oct 12, 2017
I searched the day I booked the place. while its not in the best most perfect part of town I AWLAYS felt safe on the property. I had a bike and a car FULL of stuff and had no issues with it staying safe and locked on the parking lot(well lit with cameras). Great breakfast that I stretched into a few snacks. Really great cleaning staff. I asked for extra towels, they dropped them off to my room AND took out the trash(i said i didnt need the room cleaned the could have left the trash). I was running late on my check out day not only did they give me an extra hour but i was 45 minutes past that and they were wicked cool about it(no extra charge or anything). for moving 1/2 way across country it was a great 1st welcome to Milwaukee. Oh they have a shuttle, i never took it but i saw a lot of people who did(and its free). update modern bathroom flat screen and free hbo(and hbo on demand

Run down in need of updating

Posted Oct 3, 2017
Hotel very run down. Needs updating. Room smelled. Ceiling stains in the bathroom, worn floor tile in bathroom, dirty shower curtain. Bed comfortable, but pillow cases with some stains. Towels thin and rough. Parking an issue. Had to park on the street as no spaces in the lot at 10:30 at night, and the following morning had significant paint scratches on my car door that will require costly repair.
