"Beautiful "
the hotel was beautiful. The only issue is we visited on a weekend in February when it was 70 degrees outside. The A/C unit i the room was not ready for the temp shift and it was sweltering. Luckily I was able to open a window.

Pocket Guide: Downtown Milwaukee, Milwaukee Historic Hotels

Downtown Milwaukee’s blue-collar breweries used to define this fictional home of “Laverne and Shirley” and “Happy Days”. Now, the town is just as famous for the Santiago Calatrava-designed Milwaukee Art Museum, an architectural gem, and the Summerfest, an annual lakefront music festival. The Brewers baseball team plays at Miller Park, with sausage races drawing devoted fans.
