Nice hotel. 10-15 min walk to shops and restaurants. 10 min walk from transit. Light rail takes you from airport for $2. Great deal!

Very clean in a very good downtown location

Pros: Rooms are clean, location is good, the staff is very friendly and helpful, WiFi is complimentary(free).
Location: Restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops are in a walking distance.
My wife and I, we were in this hotel for a three days long weekend stay and liked a lot. Especially the room was very clean and spacious. Location was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel close to the stadiun

I didn't understand why a major hotel don't have a shuttle to the airport

Pros: Location, friendly staff
Cons: Pool . See comments above. Cleaning of room very inconsistent.
Pool water was very cold. Add a hot tub. Breakfast was outstanding however I would not have paid $13.95 for it. Glad I paid in advance.

Experience was really great. Was able to check in and check out easily. Had no problems with the room or facilities. Overall very satisfied with everything.

Nice and peaceful stay!

Our overall experience was pleasant bedsides the fact that it took 24 hours for us to receive some laudare bags wend asked for. I called the front desk 3 times before I had them at my front door. Requested them on a Saturday evening and didnt recibe them until the following night. Other than that, I would recommend his hotel! We did get to experience some team building activities involving staff; that was pretty nice!

Pros: Comfortable bed. Nice accomendations.
Cons: Vent in bathroom-quiet, but does not clear condensation after showering. Carpet in hallways need stain removal.
Location: Good location. Our room had a beautiful view of the city at night!
Very good breakfast! Enjoyed stay. Beautiful view of the city. Hotel staff were very professional and pleasant to talk to, especially the breakfast hosts. Also the valet staff were very nice and informative.

Difficult parking

$28 overnight parking is not acceptable for this grade of hotel.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback, I will address this directly with our GM in regards to your dislike for the parking fee. We as well as the other hotels in the downtown district offer several options for parking. The valet is $28.00/night plus tax, the self-park across the street at the church is $8.00/night, and city meter parking surrounding the hotel. When staying downtown each guest, as well as our staff, and everyone who works downtown is required to pay an additional parking fee. We do however have suburban located properties just outside of downtown that offer free parking for all guests. Please let me know if I can help resource that information for your next stay.

A valet told us the wrong time that breakfast ended, and so we missed breakfast one day. When we complained at front desk, they were great, apologized, and right away gave us 2 free complimentary breakfast vouchers for the next morning....Beds were very comfy with soft feather pillows and duvet... Room immaculate. We had booked 2 queens for a cheaper price on Expedia, but i asked for a king instead if they had one when we checked in, and they gave us a King room at no extra charge....They had a free shuttle that drove us back and forth to the above ground subway train depot, so we could get around the city.... Would def stay here again and recommend to others. 5 star!
