Close to the train.

overall we liked it. It's near the train station We did not need a taxi.

Very helpful staff. Love the new look. Only complaint is spotty internet connection and very dry pancakes at buffet breakfast

Central hotel with great staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms We're clean and comfortable. All the major Sights were within walking distance. Thank you.

She was so kind and instruct us never restaurant in Montreal. She was also trying to make a reservation for us. Three restaurants were fully booked but she never gave up and finally could find one table for us in some restaurant. We went to that restaurant in old town. We enjoyed very much! Thank you for your effort and kindness.

not worth the money

Pros: The lobby was grand.
Cons: Room size . Warmth of employees.
stayed in peak season ! for room with two queen size beds a mini bar and a small desk with room just enough to turn around! totally underwhelmed with room and the experience . They also charge for wifi and a crazy rate for overnight parking.

Beautifully renovated

Lovely hotel in the heart of downtown Montreal. Beautifully renovated. Staff were excellent. The breakfast in the restaurant was lovely. We stayed on a particularly wet weekend, but we were able to access the shops (eg Eaton Center) through the tunnels and didn't have to go outside at all. Definitely highly recommend.

Amazingly helpful staff

The staff helped us at every turn! The hotel was centrally located, the staff helped us find lovely restaurants and suggested interesting museums. They even offered to take our luggage to the train station. The newly appointed rooms were comfortable and the pool area was clean.

Good except the food

The location is perfect, rooms are Okei, but go and eat somewhere else, room service is not good.

Cons: The staff
The hotel looks now like a Hyatt, but the prices are like four seasons. The room and bath were very small, and the room was a suite, the bed was a queen size, something not very common, still has the construction's smells, the parking was confusing and the staff was below the spectation for such a hotel. I stayed before in other Fairmont's hotels and always has a better experience, for almost 700 Cdlls. You can have some expectations
