Elevators driving through room

Noise of elevators was insufferable. Impossible to sleep. Finally quoted down around 2:30 am. Hotel should warn guests when staying in these rooms or offer a big discount. Won’t go back, ever.

I do not like the hotels

I have stayed at other fairmont hotels and this one doesn’t come close. The staff seems to have desseptive sales practice which I did not appreciate. The hotel attempted to correct, but it was too late as I was already settled in the room. I have other concerns, but would discuss only by phone.
