Great hotel, central location.

Pros: Location - close to shopping, restaurants, museum and the Metro. Grandkids loved the pool.
Cons: Adding a recycling bin in the rooms.
Location: Museum of Contemporary Art, Palais des Congres, tons of shopping.
Excellent stay, bookended by friendly staff at check-in and check-out.

Friendly staff, part of a giant indoor complex

Cons: Breakfast was quiet expensive, about $30 CDN per person (standard hotel breakfast fare: bagels, fruit, meats, coffee, juices etc).
Location: It's downtown walking distance from everything. Quite convenient.
This is fairly priced downtown hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern looking, quiet, and as spacious as expected for what I paid. The hotel is part of a gigantic indoor complex that includes a mall, supermarket and a parking lot. Very convenient with the cold weather.

Great, but some flaws

Liked some services like sauna, pool, and spa. the hotel hall was quite fancy. However, the room looks old-fashioned. the wall is chapped. I asked for toothbrush. it simply looks like a brush, not a toothbrush.

Great place. Close to all main attractions. Attached to a mall too which is super convenient.

Convenient location

Overall nice hotel experience. Room is clean and staff is friendly. We liked the closed proximity to Old Montreal and Notre Dame site. Only thing to improve on is to renovate the bathroom from old style tub to walk-in shower.
