Great lounge. Good massage. Comfy bed. Was a girls weekend away. Perfect location- right in between old town and shopping!

Visited Montréal was great experience specially when you chose the right hotel with good service and location as well, Hyatt Regency it’s known to be one of the best hotels around the world but I’m kind of disappointed by the standards they have it in Montreal room facilities wasn’t Clean and good compared with price you paid.

The hotel location is great. Very close to restaurants and to Old Montreal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Maria at the front desk who was very accommodating and met our request with a smiling face.

Horrible and Not worth the money spent at all.....

Pros: Nothing!!!!!
Cons: Dramatic increase in Value for Money!!!!!!
I was charged very high price for the hotel and the hotel does not even basic amenities like Microwave. I had to literally beg for the Housekeeping folks to come and clean the room. I had to carry my baggage from 16th floor to reception as none turned up even after 45 minutes!!!!! There are lot of hotels nearby less expensive and I was one such hotel nearby with a far less cost and excellent service. Please be smart and choose a better option.

Room service

I called Room service they never came. Had been watting for over 2 hours and finally they didnt come till nextday. The coffee maker was duty. Used coffee bag was still in coffee maker. I will never stay again.

Great location, room comfortable, lifts poor

The location is great. There’s plenty of food and drink options in the vicinity. The comfort of the room is good, although the bed isn’t that great. The lifts are being refurbished, and there can be very long delays getting up to your room, or back downstairs - this can be quite frustrating. i wouldn’t stay here again as a result.

Near the Conference Center

Pros: Its in the Mall where we were able to get better and cheaper breakfast
Cons: A LOT!!!
Location: Okay
Value for Money - Poor; Housekeeping service - very poor. No slippers, no toothbrushes, Housekeeping service late - we got back from the conference at 5:30pm and room was not cleaned! Room was very tight as if you were in a 2star-3star hotel. Elevators were old. And to think that we were supposed to have been UPGRADED? I am just wondering how the other room would have looked like We should have just checked in at the Holiday Inn near the Conference Center! No breakfast included in the price we paid!!! Very bad experience ever with a Hyatt!

OK Hotel in Good Location

Lacks certain basics and shows its age. Not enough drawers, squeaky bathroom door, no grab bar on wall in bathtub/shower area, no minibar, no balconies, windows don't open. Both room and food prices are too high, and three different banks of elevators are confusing. Best thing is the central location near lots of stores and restaurants.
