From the doorman to the cleaning staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating even with our French Bulldog in tow. Would highly recommend !!

It’s Ritz. Everything was great especially the customer service, top notch! The only thing is that you should call 15min ahead if you have valet parking. Other than that, all is fab.

Luxury at its best. The bathroom was immaculate. Service from parking attendant, receptionist , housekeeping was impeccable. 5 minutes after we settled In, someone knocked on our door and the Ritz sent us wine and charcuterie as a welcome gift. We will be back!

This is the best Ritz in which I have ever stayed. Kudos to everyone who works at this iconic hotel in downtown Montreal who made my two days in Montreal memorable. And an extra worthy mention of sommelier Gilbert whose expertise of fine French wines made my lunch the best one I have had in a while!

The Ritz is a fantastic hotel. From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel at home. I drove from NYC and was immediately met by the valet to assist with my car and the luggage. When I arrived at my room there was a handwritten note welcoming us along with cookies. I came in to see the Pink concert( which I walked to from the hotel) and spent three wonderful nights. They have two restaurants in the lobby. One a very upscale French restaurant the other more relaxed. I found both excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect with several wonderful restaurants in near proximity if you want to venture outside of the hotel for options. Also shopping glamour within a couple blocks. The hotel has an excellent Spa and a gym which while adequate could use a refresh. There is also a pool and sun deck on the roof. In conclusion a fantastic hotel with a wonderful staff. Highly recommend!!!

What a wonderful hotel.....super hotel, great food, nice location, awesome staff. The Ritz-Carlton Montreal is so welcoming, and the services are premier level. Old world charm and elegance. We will be back again!

Overall it was comfortable, staff was extremely amazing and good amenities. I think they need to dial down their price even if it is a ritz. They need to improve the tea quality even in the tea room. Tea room scone were below standards, but ambiance was nice. I struggled to have my morning tea which was disappointing. If you are a swimmer, the pool is short barely 10 m so will slow you down with all the turns. Sauna was great and cozy. Breakfast at Maison Boulud was good but overpriced and no good tea so had to have a latte.

During my stay, I discovered that this is the first, ORIGINAL Ritz-Carlton! Everything about the property is exquisite, from the original chandeliers from 1912 to their high tea time at their beautiful lobby lounge- loved it all! The service is also impeccable! House keeping spoiled me with a birthday cake as well as fresh flowers, and Antonio and his team took amazing care of my 4-year old son and me. It’s walking distance to all of the cool spots in downtown Montreal, but away from the noise so location is perfect.

Great hotel, we stayed at the signature room, very spacious and clean , they cleaned the room twice a day. Front desk very friendly. We also booked a reservation for the tea time ,great experience… Highly recommend

The service at this hotel couldn't possibly be better. They treat their guests like royalty. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and it was a true culinary experience. Bravo!

The hotel was located in the downtown and many tourist sites were within walking distance. The hotel was nicely designed and decorated. The room was spacious, clean, cozy and well equipped. Hotel staff were most helpful and interactive with residents.

Never disappointed with this hotel! They updated us upon arrival to a Jr. Suite. It was our anniversary and there was a bottle of prosecco with an anniversary dessert and a personal card. The rooms are incredible. Top notch service and friendly staff.

Wonderful hotel with fantastic service
Impeccable service from Karen in housekeeping to Antonio (Tony) the head bell man to Carl the door man. Karen was so perceptible that she noticed my Mom used the liquid creamer versus the powdered so she had someone put cream in our fridge. It was also her birthday so there was a lovely cake with flowers on the first day. Then Karen arranged for more flowers and cute little rubber duckies. Tony recalled my name at every interaction and was super helpful. The room was also large with a walk in closet, Nespresso machine, kettle, soaker tub, bidet and so much more. Well situated as it's a few blocks from St. Catherine St and 15-20 minute walk to Notre Dame/Old Port area. Metro stops are around the corner on Peel.
