Perfect place to staff of the Broadway Strip

Pros: Breakfast, Bar, Staff, free parking(without valet), good wifi
Cons: No comment
Location: Near the stadium and about ten minutes from the downtown action. You have everything you need there for a comfortable stay at a great rate.
This hotel is located a short distance from downtown action. Originally we were going to stay at a hotel directly on, or by broadway, but they all had mandatory valet service at cost, which was unnecessary for us. We just wanted a place to park the car and not pay daily fees. Problem solved! Delicious breakfast, fun bar atmosphere and helpful staff. Also a shuttle to get you to and from downtown, but you'd need a cab if you want to stay late in downtown Nashville( wouldn't blame you.) Great value for money. I met other travelers who regularly stay there and I will do the same when back to Nashville.

In town for concert.Had shuttle which took us to downtown. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Overall great experience!!

Only stayed one night, however staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location to downtown was great. I’ll definitely stay there again on any other trips to Nashville.

Pros: We really liked the clean rooms and the amazing breakfast.
Cons: Shuttle buses!!!
Location: Nissan Stadium, Downtown Nashville, Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium.
The staff were friendly, the rooms were extremely clean, the bed/pillows were comfy and the breakfast was delicious. I would have given this hotel a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the issues with the shuttle bus. I booked this hotel knowing that they have a complimentary shuttle bus to and from downtown Nashville. One of the days the shuttle wasn't running because they said they couldn't drive in the snow - mind you, we only got less than a half an inch of snow and all of the roads were plowed. That night, the shuttle started running at 4:00 p.m., and my husband and I asked the front desk if they could drop us off at the second shuttle stop as we were going to a Predators game, and they said yes. When the bus driver was dropping everyone off at the first stop, she said we had to get off and walk to the arena (in -13 degree weather) as they don't drop people off at the second stop on "days like this". There was hardly a speck of snow on the road. Both times that day, us and other people who were going to the game, had to spend our own money to go to and from downtown when the shuttle really should have taken people. That's the only issue we had!

Second stay here. Good value for the price in a location close to the music. Shuttle is a good benefit.

If I find my way back to Nashville I will stay here again. Staff is amazing. Hotel bar was a great time. The shuttle bus is convenient . Everyone in that hotel during my stay was incredible.

Very poor staff

Every interaction I had with the staff was terrible. Arriving, 3 staff members behind the desk having a conversation. Didn't even acknowledge us for about 5 minutes. Then one of the staff said. "Well are u guys trying to check in? I am standing right here." Unbelievably rude. 2nd night of our stay our keys stopped working. The breakfast was the same all 3 days no variety or change at all. Also was very rude when I asked for a late check out due to our flight being delayed. Was told $20 per HALF hour after check out time.
