Good value

The hotel was very nice The staff was amazing. Breakfast was fine-same every day. The location was just too far from downtown. They did have a shuttle but it stopped running early so an uber was necessary everynite

A bit worn!

The day we arrived they were super busy due to the titans and raiders game. Check in went quick and we were given two keys to our room. Unfortunately, they didn't work. So my husband had to go back down to the front desk and they had to reprogram our keys. Twenty or so minutes later after getting into our room we had two guys open our door. They were given our room saying we were in the wrong room. The front desk definitely messed up something there. We were there three nights and had to have our keys reprogrammed a total of three times. I've never stayed anywhere with issues like this. Could use a deep clean as well.

Hotel close to town

Very easy check in staff was very friendly and helpful.We stay here often it's nice and easy to get anywhere in town

Food on floor under the desk. Spider webs above the bathroom door. Staff did not acknowledge your presence apon presenting at front desk. The shuttle was not consistent or reliable. When I asked to follow up with a manager I never got a call back.

The staff was less than helpful

At check-in 1 staff complained to the other blah blah blah about whatever her issue was the entire time we were checking in. Something about some issue/overlap with someone else's break. Complain complain complain the whole time we're at the desk. The next day I needed to borrow a pair of scissors so went to the desk to ask- just needed to clip something off my shirt. Clerk looked around the reception desk, then said I'll check and walked away. I waited a full 10 minutes before deciding "Ok, guess she's not coming back". You have to sign up for their shuttle- you can't just be out front at the :30 for the shuttle. So fine, whatever, you just have to know for sure what time you want the shuttle. So we go out for the 8:30 shuttle @ 8:27 and no shuttle. So ask the clerk are we early or late? Says he doesn't know. Um, could you find out?????? Do we need an Uber or no? So then after I mentioned how the service was less than stellar during our entire stay he called the shuttle driver and found out that yes, we would be getting our ride. Just not impressed overall. The location is convenient to Broadway, stadium etc but shuttle ends at 9 so if you're going out you'll still need an Uber or Lyft back at the end of the night. Hotel cleanliness was good, nice new bathroom but staff is just adequate. Also train tracks nearby? That part sucks when you're trying to sleep

Beautiful Hotel. Great Location. Amazing Staff!

Pros: The staff was so kind and helpful! Hotel was lovely and clean!
Location: We had a view of NIssan Stadium out our window, and we were only about a mile from Broadway. We were also a short drive from lots of restaurants.
We arrived around 6pm on a Friday and were greeted by warm smiles and helpful service. Check in was quick, and we were also scheduled for the hotel shuttle to deliver us to our destination later that evening. Our room was beautiful and spotless. The rooms were large with large and spacious bathrooms. The shuttle was comfortable and convenient! We were only about 1 mile from Broadway and The Ryman, so it was a very short ride to our concert! When we got back to the hotel after the show, the staff had changed to night shift, but they were equally accommodating and kind - wonderful service!! Check out was also a breeze!! I would definitely consider staying in this hotel again if/when I return to Nashville! You can't beat good customer service, and it's not very common these days!

Nashville rocks

Pros: Breakfast was amazing and included, there was a hotel bar and it was easy to get to.
Cons: Add a hot tub !!
Location: too many to list but I could have stayed a month and not gotten bored!!
the free shuttle was excellent left every 1/2hr and was only a 5 minute drive to downtown ! Cab ride was only $7 ... this is the perfect location and a great hotel for a Nashville getaway

Easy and convenient location

Hotel is located close to airport. There is a shuttle service to downtown and you should book the shuttle through the front desk. Staff that run shuttle are very professional. Hotel room was comfortable and shower was excelllent. The beds(mattresses) were the best I've ever slept on. The hotel could use some updating but overall the hotel was very clean. The staff in all hotel areas were pleasant. There is a great full breakfast that was great and the kitchen staff that prepared the food did a great job. There is a hotel lounge that could be better if the hours were expanded. The lounge is only open from 4-10. Overall the staff and hotel itself were very suitable for all my needs.

Fantastic Staff!

Pros: The friendly and most helpful staff
Cons: Not a big deal, but the lobby decor could be updated. It's jammed with mis-matched, and very colorful furniture, which is not very comfortable.
Location: Location is great and easy to get downtown.
From the front desk to housekeeping, breakfast room and shuttle drivers, the staff was really amazing. So friendly and helpful with even the smallest detail. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the stadium, just across the river from downtown. The complimentary shuttle service made it very easy to get downtown in just minutes, from morning until night. Very nice experience all around!
