Room not ready

Cons: Entrance
Location: Downtown Nashville - everything is close
When we arrived at 5:30 PM, our room had not yet been cleaned. We were told we could change clothes in the restroom downstairs and the bellman could hold our luggage until the room was ready. We had a 6PM company Christmas Party one block away. With luggage, we did not want to use the stairs. The elevators in the lobby only go up, not down. When asking where to find the elevators going down, hospitality kicked into high gear. We were told there is a much larger restroom on the banquet floor and that area was currently not in use. While being escorted, this employee spotted someone with authority and convinced him to find us a room. He found us a room, though not the king we had reserved. We were given keys, changed in our room and proceeded to our company Christmas party.

Nice hotel close to downtown Nashville attractions

Pros: Location, hotel bar
Cons: Rooms seemed a bit outdated and could be cleaner.
Location: Excellent location! Right beside historic Printer's Alley! Also,10 minute walk to the Broadway Honky Tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, etc.
We enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown. The hotel was a short walk to many of the attractions/neighborhoods we wanted to see, such Lower Broadway, Sobro, the Gulch, Midtown and Music Row. We also loved that it was so close to the historic Printer's Alley and was decorated beautifully for Christmas :) Hotel bar also had great food and drinks and a nice patio.

Try Martin’s West Tennessee BBQ about 2&1/2 blocks north. Excellent!

Nice walk to Broadway.

Parking ridiculously priced. Park across the street at public ramp. Staff very accommodating and let us check in early. Bathroom sliding doors need work. No fan in bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Surprised no refrigerator.

Double stink

Hotel staff couldn’t put a out of order sign on atm, so the arm stole my money they offered zero help. My wife left behind some jewelery and has yet to be called back after 3 attempts to contact head of housekeeping. And I got a parking ticket in a unmarked spot that I got up and moved myself at 6 am. The location and cleanliness were as advertised but the staff is probably the worse I have experienced.

Perfect location.

Pros: Perfect location. Room service was fast and the service was great.
Everything was great! The location is perfect for exploring Nashville. Room service was fast and the service was awesome. Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, but we got a text when it was. The concierge helped us with tickets. Our room was amazing and was the best nights sleep I've had in a hotel.

Great Staff and location in Nashville

Pros: Location.
The staff was very accommodating for a larger bed and room. I will say the first room and bed was ridiculously small. Partly due to Expedia limited options. The Front Desk changed it right way. Great Experience. This was our second stay at this Hotel.

Not the best.

Bathroom was old and dirty feeling. Beds are doubles and the pull out is uncomfortable. It took us almost an hour to get sheets for the pullout bed. The hotel is about 1/2 mile to Broadway St, but if you walk the wrong direction you can tell by the neighborhood. It’s just a little far and isolated from the strip. Self park caddy corner from entrance to avoid high valet fee.

Staff was great beds were comfy room was clean great hotel. Exspensive for parking only downfall to this great establishment.

Great hotel! Close to everything, honky tonk row, country music hall of fame, museums, etc. Loved the live entertainment and great food in the hotel.
