Great hotel! Close to everything, honky tonk row, country music hall of fame, museums, etc. Loved the live entertainment and great food in the hotel.

Horrible experience

Lied too about check in. Lobby was full of upset customers. Valet lost my vehicle. Took an hour to find it!! Promised breakfast vouchers “ never received “!!! Staff was extremely rude!!!! Never be back!!!

Disappointing

Location: Nissan Stadium, proximity to Broadway
We chose this hotel because of the location near the stadium and Broadway. The location was ideal, but the quality and cleanliness of the room was subpar. Upon entering the room the smell was moldy and musty. The bathroom tile floor was moldy and dirty, the ceiling paint in the bathroom was peeling, and the bathroom sink did not drain. For the price of the room and the required valet fee, I could definitely have better spent my money elsewhere.

DECENT HOTEL (WITH SOME BILLING ISSUES)

The Doubletree is a dated but clean and overall decent hotel. Its walking distance to all the downtown attractions and the staff is very pleasant. BUT... At checkout they tried to bill me for 3 days of parking at $40+ per day. Just a little pricey considering I DID NOT EVEN HAVE A CAR WITH ME DURING THE WEEKEND I STAYED THERE. The staff was apologetic and nominally removed the charges and issued me final receipt for the correct bill. However, I still have the 3 incorrect charges pending on my credit card (hopefully meaning they are correcting it). They also attempted to put through a charge of $180+ on my credit card for the day AFTER I checked out. That too is still pending. Not sure whether this is a software issue as the desk person said or the result of something untoward but check your bill and your credit card statements after staying here.

Nice hotel close to Broadway

I usually don't stay at upscale hotels like Hilton ,but got a decent deal and wanted to walk to Broadway. Valet parking at the hotel is 42$. I parked across the street for 20$. Check in took 20 minutes as the gal made a mistake and had to get help. Then I was woken up at 3am by someone banging on something in the room next door. Also the keyring machine didn't work. I'm sure my experience was an anomaly, because it is HAmilton afterall

I booked my room through Expedia and when I showed up they had overbooked the hotel and sent me to a hotel, that was not close, and not comprobable in quality. We were there for a family vacation so being split up from the rest of my family for the night was very disappointing.

A convenient location in the downtown.

A quality experience, hotel staff were great, clean, comfortable setting. The only minor hiccup was trying to get a good meal after a late arrival. Overall a very positive experience.

Easy, early check-in accommodated. concierge outstanding and went above and beyond the call of duty. Convenient walk to Broadway and all Diwntown attractions.
