the staff were very helpful and welcoming particularly as my phone died as I arrived at the hotel. My suite was clean . Only negative was TV remote in living area needed new batteries.

Perfect hotel location right in the heart of downtown Nashville. 1/2 a block to Broadway where all the bars/ restaurants are.

I liked how close the hotel is right off of Broadway. Very convenient to get around for walking. The staff was very friendly and rooms were cozy.

The property is nice. The location is great. Customer service at the front desk was terrible. Wanted to apply. My Hilton Honors points wouldn’t let me because I booked through Expedia.

A wonderful place to stay. Clean, and easily walkable to everything on Broadway. The huge open lounge spaces in the lobby were my favorite too! An excellent stay!

It’s a good location, bed was not very comfortable and I did not like the rooms with a window inside. The staff was great and nice, very accommodating.

Didn’t have the king room that we booked available when we checked in. Didn’t more in to king room the next night. Friendly staff, beautiful lobby area. Lighting was pretty low in lobby and rooms which we didn’t care for but that’s just a preference. Very quiet. If you are looking for a beautiful quiet hotel steps from everything, this Hilton in a winner!

Beautiful hotel, right behind the bars so great for the ability to walk but if you want to sleep before 4am do NOT take a room on the right side. LOUD all night: ask for the Bridgestone side if you only party till the early hours!

Overall this is the ideal location for the Broadway scene and downtown. Beautiful property, the lobby is spectacular. Secure with card elevator. Small shop and Starbucks onsite for essentials. Our room had a faulty shower curtain and leaky tap. Just the little things need some TLC. No staff spoke to us from check-in. Hello and Good mornings go a long way.
