No fan in bathroom building being torn down right next-door kind of older motel for the price

Great location!

We had a long wait to check in and the parking garage is a tight squeeze but overall we had a great experience. The hotel is in a great location, close to Bridgestone arena, night life, and great restaurants. The room was very clean and the free breakfast and free nightly snacks were better than most.

Not that nice of a hotel , breakfast was ok and they charged you 15 dollars a day for things you didn’t even use so ir was another 100 dollars than what you thought. Stay somewhere else for that money!!!

Not worth the money!

Parking is horrible! Underneath with very small spaces, and hardly any room for the cars. I did not have housekeeping at all on one day! No towels, cleaning, NOTHING!!!!. The breakfast staff worked very hard, and it was a decent breakfast everyday. It just seemed like a very cold not comfortable hotel to stay in. It never never felt cozy there. I would not stay here again, nor tell a friend/family to.

Nice hotel. Firm mattress. Limited vegan options

This was a nice hotel. The mattress was a bit firmer than I like, but not uncomfortable. The staff was friendly. I would consider staying here again except that the hot breakfast was limited to animal products. Some hash browns or potatoes would be nice. Not a big deal for most people, but if I'm spending $250 a night, I would like a hot breakfast item that i can eat.

Great hotel within walking distance of everything

Pros: Fabulous coffee available 24 hours in the breakfast room.
Cons: Plenty of dust behind the dresser which I noticed when I was attempting to plug in the coffeemaker in the room. Install a makeup mirror and a safe.
Totally enjoyed this hotel. Checkin and checkout was quick and lobby is comfortable with plenty of couches and chairs. The complimentary breakfast was very good and constantly replenished with fresh food. The breakfast room is large with plenty of room for many people. My spouse used the gym very morning and was pleased with the equipment. Every afternoon they provide a snack table with veggies and dip, cheese and crackers and a protein (like chicken wings or baked beans) which we really appreciated as a way to get us thru until supper. Only two things were missing to make this a perfect experience - there was not a makeup mirror in the bathroom (which I depend on) and the room did not have a safe. This meant we had to carry our passports around with us all the time which is not preferable.
