Hotel was absolutely beautiful and everything we cud have wanted in one!!!!!!Beds were extremely comfortable and staff was helpful and fabulous !!!!!!! Absolutely NO complaints and if We are ever in Nashville again we will definitely be staying at the Omni👍👍👍👍

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed for an update. We specifically chose this hotel for those amenities since I was traveling for work and my teen girls would need something to do while I was at the conference. We were not told at the time of booking or check in about the closure. We didn’t not find out until we were dressed and headed to the pool. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known about the closure

The Omni is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. They also offer many amenities on property such as several restaurants and a coffee shop.

Perfect stay, stayed on the 21st floor. Everyone was nice and helpful. Maurice was excellent and victor was super helpful. Beds were comfortable and amazing view. 10/10 recommend. Use the bird scooters to get around town.

Check in and check out were horrible because the computers were down, so employees had to escort us to our rooms to open the door with a Master Key every time. We waited almost an hour for a luggage cart, so I finally went down to get one. Maria, the lady at the front desk was incredible! She helped me tremendously, because I haven’t traveled a lot, and she gave me a wonderful peace of mind about my safety in a hotel where I had no room key. I doubt I would choose to go back to this hotel, because hotel staff started opening my door to clean by 7 am, and then every thirty minutes after until our 1 pm check-out, because the computers were still down. I need to note that I forgot two important items in the room safe. One was my medications. I realized I didn’t have them when I got off the airplane, and immediately called the hotel. The staff retrieved it, and my family was able to drive the two hours each way to get my things.

Parking $55/night plus tax Resort fee $30/night plus tax. With these two items alone it’s another $100/night. Hotel is not cheap, bed linens not up to 5 star. Extremely loud at night. You can hear everything from the street. Sirens all night long.

The bathroom with a shallow bath and 1 head shower and paper cups to make coffee in let down the hotel . Attention to such details matter . No service in the pool or even a vending machine to get a drink on floor 4 was poor

The lady who valet our car gave us a big discount by us just cash apping her personal account. The only downfall was I came home and had bed bug bites on my stomach. Really nice hotel, nothing negative minus the bed bugs.

It was connected to the Hall of Fame and a mini-mall and a couple of restaurants and bars. Our event was at the Hall of Fame, so it was very easy to get everything done that we needed.

The lobby was beautiful and the valet and bellhop were amazing. Other than that it was average at best. I was told at check in that I couldn’t take a Friday night off to leave early because I booked through Expedia, but I paid the hotel directly. Then I contacted Expedia and they worked it out for me and when I went to check out I was told I should have asked the hotel by the front desk. The lamp shades were torn in the room and grout in the shower had mold. Doors slammed all night. We got an alert over a speaker at like midnight that we were not in danger and to ignore an alarm that we never even knew about. Just a huge mess!
