comfy and clean, close to downtown

Pros: location, comfort
Cons: outside appearance, check in process
Location: downtown Nashville.
Looks a bit sketchy from the outside, but once checked in the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Quiet and relaxing, pool clean and warm. Check in was disappointing, room was not ready for 2.5 hours after checkin.

good location, reasonably priced, quiet

Renovated older hotel, rooms were clean and quiet, breakfast room could have been larger. Staff was friendly and helpful. Short walk to downtown and other Nashville attractions.

Dated but clean

Rooms and hotel were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is dated. Walking distance to downtown Broadway or free shuttle. Hotels are so expensive closer in. This was priced reasonably for its close proximity to downtown.

Handily placed for central attractions (walkable) and free parking. However expensive for condition with room v dated and dingy, breakfast was mediocre at best. A lot of noise from pool users. Staff the least friendly of any on our trip

nice hotel close to everything down town

Pros: the closeness to down town down with out the the big price the breakfast was good and the shuttle was a bonus
Cons: everything was good needs no improvement
Location: location was good close to everything downtown
stayed for seven days went to the grand ole opry and enjoyed all the sites and sounds nashville

Good choice

clean rooms great staff good free breakfast free shuttle to broadway street . Hotel was perfect except for noisy freeway car noise but as far as everything else it was great ..staff very friendly from the front desk to housekeeping would stay again

Close to downtown

Easy to tell that the hotel is older. The locks on the door rattled- didn't feel very secure, however locking the dead bolts helped that. The fan in the room didn't work on 'stay on all the time' setting, and when it turned on and off it rattled- which did not lead to the best nights sleep. Staff was really friendly, made up for some of this. really close to the downtown strip area- really almost walking distance. Easy on and off the highway. Over all, could use some in depth sprucing up, but ok due to friendly staff and location.

Our coffee maker didn't work, alarm clock didn't work and one of the corners in the tub fell off the wall. Great staff but have had a better room.

Great free shuttle service to going downtown

First time we actually got a room that is just like the pictures online. Great people working there.Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We would stay there every time we come to Nashville.

Good location and price

Hotel is in a good location for downtown access and much cheaper than downtown hotels. The shuttle is an added bonus if you don't want to walk 15 minutes. Breakfast is pretty ordinary.
