Beautiful & convenient

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton downtown Nashville. We chose it because of location, rating & price. We ended up owing another 70+ dollars when we got there due to parking & fees.

Lazy thinking

Ya Ithis place is less than it could be due due to managers. The training and follow through is not done by the manager therefore the service lacks. Manger needed to clear up a billing issue, and was asked to call me twice and did not, then blamed it on an employee. Then the manager assumed without checking out the issues. I had to explaine how to resolve the issue to him. Then I watched the front desk lose a persons luggage and the manager in the middle of the Day was not around nor any other manager arrived. It was a mess.... the evening crew at the desk were very professional but the day crew was rude.

Pros: nice and clean, friendly staff
Cons: extra fees for nothing. extreme raise in rates when something is going on in town
Location: nice restaurants, close to the capital, farmers market, bicentennial park, cute alley bars, +
it was too expensive for what it was. they seemed to think they were a resort and charged extra fees like they were.

Shuttle

Pros: Location, just far enough away from Broadway.
The shuttle service was nice to have. The bar staff was also great.

In the heart of downtown

Pros: I loved the hotel shuttle that takes you where you want to go and then picks you up. I would stay here again for this sole reason.
Cons: There should be refrigerators in each room. I could've used the refrigerator for my medication as well as water to take my medication with.
Location: There is so much to do in Nashville and the Sheraton is in a perfect location to walk to Broadway or the many restaurants in the area.
Very nice hotel in a great location. Friendly staff, easy check in with a great concierge!

Beautiful hotel in downtown Nashville.

The hotel is beautiful. Nice view from our room. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is great to get to everything in downtown Nashville. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay and will recommend your hotel to our friends.

Nice hotel near the action

While the hotel was a few blocks from broadway and second street they had a shuttle that was very easy to use. Beautiful hotel and the staff was very good. Would definitely recommend it and consider staying there again

downtown Sheradon Nashville

My niece and I enjoy our stay in Nashville. The Sheridan was close to Broadway but we enjoyed being across the street from the capital. The daily walks were great we just wish it was warmer. I'd love to come back again with friends. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed the perks of keeping a green room.

Awesome bar

The bar at this hotel was great. The staff including Britney were warm welcoming and went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel comfortable. I watched as they made conversation and remembered drink orders of the hotel guests like they were regulars that had been coming for years. I wasn’t a huge fan of the actual hotel. Hard mattress, wired long fluffy pillows and a dirty bathroom. There was a texting concierge service but my texts were ignored after the second day.
