Great service and location

Thanks for a great stay in Nashville. Room worked very well ( little noisy with neighbors next door) everyone working at the hotel was outstanding. Thanks for a great stay

Great place but parking is crazy expensive.

Pros: Staff was amazing.
Cons: Parking cost.
This hotel received an overall 3 because to park your car was almost $50 a night.

Pros: Friendly staff
Comfortable hotel near all the downtown action but far enough away to be quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel close to many of the sights and scenes

The hotel is great, the staff only a little less than attentive, but the elevators need work. Waiting up to 10 minutes will not. E out of the question.

Good locstion

Everything was great. Valet was a little slow and shampoo/conditioner wasn't replaced daily. Cleaning crew knocked on my door at 8am...

Hotel was good, DO NOT USE THEIR VALET SERVICES!!!

Pros: I hate to give a bad review on Sheraton because the hotel was nice but I have to because of who you choose to help you valet.
Cons: The fact that no one has tried to make it right, is really unprofessional and sad.
My husband and I travel ALL THE TIME for work. This particular trip, we were commuting from Arkansas to Tennessee due to relocation with our company. We decided to stop and spend the day/night in Nashville, TN. We always use valet. The Sheraton hotel itself was very nice, we had dinner/drinks at the bar and went out to see the town. After leaving hotel, it was noticed that my BRAND NEW PAIR of RAYBAN sunglasses in the glove box were missing. I specifically put those in there because I wore an old pair because my husband and I joked about me always breaking expensive ones so I purposely put them in my glove box. We were already on the road, so i called hotel and finally got through to contracted valet company and told them the deal. They said they would be in touch. We finally get to our destination in Kingsport, TN. and realize our go pro hero 3 and karma stick is missing out of the case. AGAIN, we specially stored it behind the seat because we didn't want to carry it all around downtown Nashville. That's over $900 in stolen items. Can I who took it? No. But am I 1000 percent positive those items were in there when I handed my keys to valet driver? YES. I have called, called, called, AND called the manager and customer service group. When I actually did speak to someone they said a "claim" has been filed but have heard nothing in 3 weeks. I work very hard for every penny I have, for someone to take that much from me is disheartening and no one is taking accountability for it.

Nice location friendly staff

This is a very nice hotel with a convenient shuttle service. I did however feel their daily fee for valet parking was excessive and should have been communicated prior to checkout to avoid sticker shock.

So so hotel

Pros: Spacious room!
Cons: Wifi. Not all staff provide consistent customer service. Doormen should do their job. 2 days there and none of them open the door for me once!
Location: Not much.
Customer service- all staff are courteous. However, not all are attentive. I checked in at 11pm and requested shower caps and slippers. Shower caps arrived 45 minutes after request. By then, we had already taken our showers and ready to call the night. Slippers never arrived because they ran out. Next day, went down to request slippers. When I told him it ran out the night before, he did not even check and gave the same excuse. Late in the afternoon, I went and explained to Victoria my experience and she was able to produce them within 15 minutes. BTW, the slippers were dirty after 1.5 days use. Facilities- Swimming pool was disappointingly small that I decided not to take a dip after a crazy hot day. Not sure why they would charge me facilities fee for something so bare. Exercise room- did not use, no comment. Wifi- unreliable. Aug 22nd- there was at least a good 4 hours of down wifi in the afternoon/early evening Location- so so. This hotel provides free shuttle bus (with distance limitation). The driver that drove us Aug 21st (morning) & Aug 22nd (afternoon) was very professional and customer oriented. He went out of his way to help us load and unload our luggages Did enjoy the ice tea which was refreshing if you are lucky to get one. Unfortunately, they only restocked twice (I think) a day. Double bed room- very spacious and comfortable. Washroom also spacious with lots of counter space.
