Pretty much what I expected.

We needed a room downtown and didn't want to spend too much. I am happy with our decision to stay there and would stay again. Staff was very friendly. Pancakes were good, decent breakfast selection. (Eggs were gross). For the price and staying downtown, it was as I expected. Only negatives were the pillows were the worst I had seen in a hotel, square and incredibly lumpy, like all the filling inside had separated into balls of cotton. They were tolerable. My worst complaint would be the mildewy, musty smell. We just kept the room super cool and that seemed to help with the smell. other than that I found the room to be clean.

Walking distance to broadway

Second time staying here. Staff is very friendly, rooms are quiet and clean. Great breakfast buffet. Cheaper since it's off the strip, but within walking distance to all attractions.

close to downtown

Pros: Close to downtown . Friendly, helpful staff.
Location: No shortage of popular Nashville attractions and restaurants within 10 minute walk.
Hotel was convenient place to stay for vacation centered around downtown Nashville. wifi and breakfast being included was nice. Short walk to events and points of interest.

Great location, otherwise unimpressive

The location is great and easily walkable. We had to argue with hotel staff to get our room cleaned the first full day we were there. And they never ended up refilling the toiletries the entire weekend. It's extremely walkable to all attractions but if that were not the case I would not recommend this hotel.

Decent location but not comfortable

The staff was nice and the hotel convenient to downtown. The breakfast was also pretty good. However, the hotel was incredibly dated. The elevator felt unsafe, the corrected had stains and many air conditions leaked into the outside corridor marking it slippery when guests walk to their rooms. Possibly most disappointing was there was not even a bottle of water in the room and the water on the room was very warm out of the tap no matter how long you ran it for. When it is close to 100 degrees, a budget hotel that only has valet parking should at least have bottled water in rooms for guests. Walking to the ice machine to be able to drink tap water or the lobby to biu water for $2 a bottle is ludicrous!

I don't like rooms that are accessed from the outside had I known this was the case I wouldn't have booked it. The roof was leaking the toilet never stopped running and it was by far the worst bed I ever slept on in my life! It was seriously like sleeping on a rock. You have to pay for valet parking and can not park your own car at all and have to ask for it to be brought to you if you need anything! The location wasn't bad that's really all it has going for it however next trip back I'm hard passing on this place

3 day stay

Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Everything was fine but there is lots of construction in the downtown area w/sidewalks closed etc.
Location: Lots to do within walking distance of the downtown scene. Also was just a short distance from the interstate exit.
Everything was fine. The room was comfortable, clean and the hotel is within walking distance of downtown which is great. Breakfast was a nice plus. Will definitely return.
