Parking while trying to get checked in was a horrible experience. I know there’s not much room period, but surely you can come up with something better. I was stuck in your “lot” for close to 30 minutes after checking and waiting for a path to drive out so I could get parked at the parking garage..

The price for this location was a good. We stayed for a wedding and the location Was convenient. We arrived a little after 4 pm (earliest check in time) and the line of cars to pull into the driveway was full and spilling out on the street and around the corner. So I had to jump out and go in. There was one employee working the front desk and a very long line. Needs more front desk employees especially at check in time. Once checked in, the room was nice. They’re a bit dated but nice. The built in plugs on the lamps did not work for our chargers. Had to unplug lamps to plug our chargers in. The door to the bathroom didn’t latch and close all the way. The bathtub seems really narrow, my husband who is 6’3” almost fell because it was so narrow. I called the front desk to request a blanket and pillow. But the hotel used an automated voice system to make requests to the front desk. When I made the request, the system told me I would have to go to the front desk to make that request (we were on the 8th floor so not exactly convenient. So I called back to the automated system and said “operator” and got through to a person. They informed me they were out of pillows but would get us a blanket. It came fast and the employee was friendly. The bad part came when it was time to retrieve our car from the valet. The lobby and outside was full of people waiting on their cars. A woman told my husband she had been waiting an hour for her car. It took 35 minutes to get ours.

The main lobby is beautiful. Staff was very mediocre, no one seemed enthused to help. Didn’t like the robo line for front desk. Valet was efficient. Room was ok, with nothing special. Hide a bed was broken, and bath needed maintenance.

Checking in was quick and easy. I did pay extra for a suite. However, the rooms feel damp at all times, the carpet was very stained, we couldn’t use the balcony because there’s a wasp nest, and one of our toilets were broken for the first hour or so. The pool water was so cloudy, you couldn’t see the bottom even with goggles on! The staff were very friendly, they came to fix the toilet immediately and because the fold out couch bedding was damp they brought new bedding up right away. I would not stay here again if I needed more than one night stay. For the price I paid I expected more.

I loved the location. It is very convenient. The hotel is old. In order for me to charge my devices I needed to unplug the TV because there were not working outlets elsewhere. Lamp in the room were turning on and off by itself; the hotel needs an upgrade. Hotel is clean but outdated. Lobby is nice.

Hotel was super clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pricey, but didn’t leave you wanting anything. Bad timing, having been there at the same time a large group of young kids with little supervision. Plenty to do and eat within a 15 min walk.

We picked this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub for our girls while visiting on Spring Break. The pool and hot tub was very dirty. No one ever came in to clean up or even make sure that kids had adults with them. While I know this should not be a huge deal, it is with younger children when there are teenage boys playing football and trampling all the younger kids. Beyond the pool, the staff at the front desk and valet were terrible. Not friendly or helpful. Valet was $32 per day yet it took 35 min each day to get my car. They told me to allow for 15 min and it was more than double that. Check out was horrible - we checked out at 830am to try and beat the crowds, yet my car was parked in the street because valet was so backed up and there was only 3 guys working. We stayed on the 8th floor directly across the hallway from the elevators. There were kids running the halls and yelling until almost midnight both evenings we stayed. And those that stayed above us were jumping around all night as well. Luckily we sleep with white noise, so we were able to drown out the noise level. All in all, it was a place to sleep in the middle of OKC.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham! Relaxing environment, friendly staff, and very clean lobby and room. The pool was awesome and spacious, very clean, hot tub was hot. The atmosphere in the hotel is beautiful complete with water fountains, greenery, and, skylight. Amazing location, we rode the electric scooters everywhere with no problem. You can pay for valet parking or park in the parking garage across the road. Unfortunately breakfast was not included, we were able to hear quite a bit of noise from the lobby in our room, and we could not get the lamp to work in our room. Minor issues and we will stay here again.

The only downfall I had was that the pool area ran out of towels and more than one of us had asked for more with no availability. We were there for over an hour. 6 of us shared one towel.

Just like your average cup of joe. This was an average hotel. Nothing really special about it. The rooms seem a bit dated. The TV could have been bigger. There could have been more channels to watch. No mirror in front of a desk is annoying since it makes it difficult to do makeup and hair except in the restroom. The city is average with nothing really to do. Seems like an almost abandoned town. We paid for breakfast but again, it was average. Eggs, basic plains diced potatoes, sausage and bacon among other items. This hotel served its purpose, 2 nights sleep. But it was not an extraordinary experience. Now you know. Also, no switch fan for the stinkies in the restroom, what was that about? As I said, dated.

The valet duplicated my car key number with another guest staying at the hotel, thereby the valet would pulled out my vehicle for another guest, and I would noticed my vehicle parked several times. The room we stayed in had confetti and fake flower petals all over it. I had two toddlers with me who seem to find every single piece. Thank goodness they didn't try to eat them. There was a huge stain on the couch.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Property is a little dated but inexpensive so that was nice. Biggest issue was a large group of young adults kept us up all night with a barking dog and smoke smell and loud music pretty late into the night. Nothing was done when the front desk was called.
