Probably time to remodel, everything just getting

Location: Close to bricktown
Use to be my favorite hotel in OKC. When my family got there the two bed suite not available as reserved and marked as please save. Tried to force us into one king bed suite but found us a standard two bed handicap at my persistence but still going to charge us for suite price. When in the room we pull sheets over to get ready for bed and found blood splatter on bedcover, like a nose bleed maybe. They let us switch rooms to only available the suite with one king bed, it turned out to be handicap too. In this room shower head broken in bathroom and part of the curtain pull down so it could not be close all the way, wallpaper peeling from the seams. None of the beverage vending machines on all floors did not work. Had to go next door to the Sheraton to buy water and sodas. Were not locking side doors after 10pm, must stay open throughout the night for anyone to enter. I think I will try the Sheraton next time, it looks to have be updated.

In for one night - had activity in the Bricktown area. Was treated very good. The front desk personnel, restaurant and bar wait staff was excellent.

Great room and the view was awesome. The staff was very courteous and on top of things. We would definatelly stay there again.

I was disappointed. The hotel was expensive and was not nearly as nice as I expected. The valet were nice, room service was nice, but calling the front desk was not pleasant at all. I called before I got there asking about parking and she told me nothing and was not helpful at all, and had attitude. I told her I wasn't from here, and she did not care to be helpful or polite in any way. Anytime we called the front desk after we were there, they answered with attitude. Not pleasant at all. And why? What was the point of being rude to customers, especially with the expense of staying there. Oh, and it's the first hotel I've ever stayed at that charges you for wifi. I will not be staying here ever again. Nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else.

Eh won't stay again

The staff were not very friendly. Didn't really smile. Came off as if they do not like their jobs. The man that drove the shuttle, he was nice.

The hotel staff was very nice and the room was ok. Their was no trash bags in the trash cans the lamps had dust build up on them. The beds were comfortable and all in all it was ok.
