The pool on 4th floor was awesome! But the room was missing some drawing and cracks in it. No vending options..the parking situation of having to pay when you are a guest.

3 of 5 elevators where out. My 85 year old parents waited a long time for elevators. They took the stairs one time down because they waited for an empty elevator for 35 minutes. I carried suitcases up 5 flight because of elevator waiting time.

Listing mentioned there was a complimentary breakfast however that wasnt the case. My check in experience with the woman had room for improvement. She ran through the accomodation details without room for questions or clarification. There wasnt a line behind me so Im not sure where the fire was.

We were driving through Omaha and got in to the hotel around 4pm. We had been driving since 5am that morning. I did not know that the restaurant in the hotel was closed on Sunday's. There is no convenient restaurant's in the area and going back out in the car to find one was not an option for us. The hotel is not convenient off of I-80 and I probably would not use it again.
Staff were amazing, great customer service at the front desk and the hotel bar.
The rooms size was good and seemed well maintained and clean. Common areas were also very well kept.
The beds were a bit soft for my liking, but that is really the only negative.
They should maybe work on an alternative to giving everyone plastic water bottles at check-in, but it is nice to get cookies and a drink when arriving.

Not worth the money. The cookies they gave us must have been a week old! Shower had mold growing in the grout of the tile. The furry orange kind! Bathroom was dirty. Showe handle was broken and could not get the shower to turn on. Carpets were stained. Only had two paper cups in the room on new years eve and was told thats all they had. Could not even open our champagne for a toast! Breakfast was $18 for basically a continental breakfast. Website said there was a bar/lounge on site only to be told they decided to close early. Do not stay here, there are much better hotels in the Old Market.

The room was not clean, there was food left in the Refrigerator from previous tenants. We didn’t get are room cleaned daily

The parking procedure wasn’t really explained very well so the first time out cost an extra $12. Unredeemable I guess. Shower handle was stuck so water ran in tub for 2 hours. Called the front desk after I realized the drain wasn’t keeping up with the water. They said just push it in. I hadn’t used force because I didn’t want to Break it. A swift smack got it in.

Great location. Beautiful hotel. Nice rooms with a view. Comfortable beds. We like their pool. But the pool room was VERY COLD this time. We still had goosebumps after an hour of playing and swimming in the pool.

10/10 recommend. The free shuttle was so convenient, parking right next door, good food, quiet beautiful rooms. The lobby was so pretty too. Staff was nice!

T v went out took an hour to fix it Found a small jar of marijuana down beside the bed dirty wash rag behind the towel in the bathroom. And I went to take a shower the next morning. The Shower would not drain. Had to switch rooms to shower. Showersshower will drain, wouldn't drain?

I booked a room for 2 nights in a room 2 queen deluxe. They gave me a standard room. Disappointed they would not change the price difference of the two night room price. Was not happy paying for something i didnt get.

It was advertised breakfast was an included, it was not. For the price of the rooms, charging an extra $18 for breakfast is excessive. The ice machine didn’t work so I went to another one, which also didn’t work, and had a note on it to use the one our floor, but again, it didn’t work.

You have to go to the second floor to check in there are no signs telling you this. We were on the 4th floor but half the elevators don’t stop at 4th floor.
