Clean, friendly, accommodating, fantastic location, walked to Old Market but we weren't in the middle of a lot of noise

I will definitely stay at the Double Tree @ Hilton for my future visit to Omaha. Staff responded quickly to a power outage that occurred in our room. And, the staff always welcomed us any time of day, thank you!

Excellent staff

Hotel needs updating, no refrigerator or microwave and the sink was stopped up. Staff responded to fix seat and brought in a refrigerator but it should have been in the room. TV reception was not good. Carpet dirty.

Disappointing

The hotel just wasn't very nice to be honest. The staff was nice enough and it was clean but the room wasn't as nice as it looked in pictures. The location wasn't that great and the hotel wifi was trash. Parking was $10 a day

Triathlon stay

The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful with resources in Omaha....lived the warm cookie! We did unplug the noisy refrigerator and the toilet paper holder which fell to the floor remained there for the 3 days! The staff immediately responded with hair dryer and tv connection requests. I think the hair dryers could be more powerful. It was great to have airport shuttle...and the restaurant was good! Room was clean yet grout in shower looked dingy. One other thing! As I get older I find the small shampoo etc containers hard to read and hard to open!! Overall...I will return to the hilton doubletree!

Very Well Located

This hotel is way overdue for the rooms and bathrooms to be upgraded and the HVAC system needs a total overhaul as it pumps out humid, musty air.

need more help at the front desk during busy times. 1 guy was doing as best as he could while 20 people were standing in line. parking garage was the worst I have ever seen f-150 fit by an inch some places and impossible to make turn to leave
