We stayed one night for the concert. The stay was reasonable and included a nice breakfast buffet that was larger than the standard 3 pan fair I am used to. They also provided a shuttle bus to church street and back. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again when I want to be downtown.

There are two desks for check-in, so wait time was long. Room was fine but elevators are super slow and open both to the guest room floors/guests, as well as the kitchen and housekeeping in the back of the elevators. This morning, racing to catch my plane, I waited for three housekeepers to load their supplies and then deliver them to three different floors. No sense of urgency exists at this hotel. Room was pretty nice-they’ve just undergone a renovation, lighting was excellent, bathroom very nice; if they resolve their staff/service issues it could be a much better hotel. Although back door neighbor is the Salvation Army home for men. Not a nice neighborhood.

Muy mala experiencia cuando hice la reservación me explicaron que incluía el desayuno y ya estando ahí……que no!! Mucho ruido el los pasillos las puertas de los cuartos muy viejas y se escuchan los sonidos de los cuartos…….muy caro y solo ponen una botellita pequeñita de acondicionador loción y un mini jabón que para 2 personas no es suficiente lo peor se nota la diferencia son Clasistas en el trató de las personas pésimo muy mala experiencia y demasiado caro!! Primera y Última Nos hemos hospedado en otros en Orlando Miami Tampa un poquito más barato pero con servició de Calidad!! Depcionada Completamente

After traveling all day check in and there was no hot water and no toilet paper in the restroom. The next day the water was completely turned off. Management slipped a note under our door about the inconvenience of water shutting down after the fact but we should have been warned at checked in. A couple of young construction workers was playing in the elevator. It took 3 rounds of calling the elevator before we could downstairs without these young men (workers riding the elevators up/down). Horrible experience won't be staying her ever again!

Won’t come back
There’s renovations going on currently so there was a very loud drilling sound. I went to take a shower & the water was freezing cold & would not heat up. Also our keys wouldn’t work so security had to come up & let us in the room but that took a long time. The staff was very friendly though.

Lack customer service and care
Paid for valet. Somehow they did not have it. Gave me valet ticket then parked it in self parking without notifying me. Then female staff member at valet seemed confused where it was. Had to locate on my own by pushing emergency button on key fob. Entrance to place very confusing gps keeps sending you to i4.. staff at check in kept giving conflicting information. On check in confirmed valet then a man later said self parking. Shuttle to stadium once on shuttle advised was not all the way to stadium which is misleading and not in safe part of town where to leave you. Taken to restaurant one night on staff recommendation was left and told to call when ready. Attempted call for pick up number wouldn’t go through had to walk back in dark by ourselves we are both ladies over 50. It was prob close to 1.5-2 miles. After game spot where we were supposed to meet for pick up confusing no written information or number to call again had to walk down OBT by ourselves in not safe area back to hotel. Sister fell on sidewalk, scraped and bruised . That walk back was at minimum 2 miles plus. Key to room failed multiple times to open door had replaced after that had to have security and housekeeping let us in. Breakfast we paid for was limited per staff due to staffing issues and waiter kept making jokes when ordered drinks that we wanted alcohol in them. Very inappropriate. The only thing I could say was nice was it was clean. But overall very disappointed,lack concern for customer safety.

Citrus bowl stay
Perfect stay for attending events at camping world. Loved the room. Only concern was shower temp. No happy medium. Either scalding hot or cold but the rest was great. Would have liked to have a safe in the room though to lock things up. Very good breakfast, shuttle service, vallet parking.

Dated, no balcony, but fine.
Parking confusing as lots are locked from certain roadways. The hotel is old and dated but apparently will be going through renovations soon. Every room has French doors and a balcony that we looked forward to having fresh air in the room, but they are NOT accessible for guests due to “safety and security.” Location is convenient for travel and events as it’s right next to the interstate and downtown district. Staff was great and super friendly. Didn’t use all amenities (breakfast, bar, pool, etc) due to weather and timing. Overall it was fine and comfortable.
