Disappointing

The food was terrible. They never told me about the parking changing that they do and just left the bill receipt stuck on the door. I mean, who does that? Have more class and actually tell a person in the face.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the Amway Center, where we were going to see a concert. We were not expecting to be in an area you would be concerned to walk around alone.

stay there on business trips

Pros: good employees all around
Cons: this is a very clean hotel with a good restaurant and bar. they have a great breakfast as well. the only thing that bothers me and why I don't give it
Location: it is close to down town Orlando
this is a very clean hotel with a good restaurant and bar. they have a great breakfast as well. the only thing that bothers me and why I don't give it all 5 stars is that there is only one ice machine on the 2nd floor. Most all hotels have one on each floor or every other floor

Great service, great value, convenient location

Pros: All of the staff were friendly, even the valet after pulling in the wrong way.
Cons: I would've preferred the $17 parking fee were a little more obvious when booking, but I didn't read thoroughly and may have missed it.
Location: Easy enough drive to Citywalk, we were there for a concert at the Hard Rock. Downtown Orlando is a manageable walk about 20 minutes away
It's the place you stay when you don't want your hotel to be a factor in your experience, which means it's a pretty good hotel. Not spectacular or luxurious- just great service staff at a good price close to downtown. Super clean and it does well for itself. I would easily stay here again!

Nice closed to freeways

Pros: Easy access
Cons: More vending machines
Location: Prefect. Location close almost to every theme park
Great. I loved it. Smiley people at the front desk. Also housekeeping personnel. Just a little noise from other room the night before leaving but I know that is not because of your service. But I couldn't sleep. I know that I could call front desk but that's fine.

superb staff

I travel once a month... and every night for a week a different hotel... Checking in with the courtesy and someone who did whatever they could to make my day better, was unexpected... The staff was just wonderful.. If you are ever downtown Orlando..... This is a hotel I will never not stay at.... Just an amazing experience...

Not bad

Pros: the location near the Orlando City soccer stadium and Church Street
Cons: Clean up and shuttle service
The room was nice and the hotel was centrally located for activities near downtown. On the second full day, no one came to tidy our room, which was not that big of a deal, but we had no fresh towels for our last morning shower. They had a free shuttle that would come and get you within a 1 and a half mile radius of the hotel that was nice enough but slow to respond when we called to be picked up.

I definitely would never stay there again. 17.00 to park your own car maybe should have covered parking for such a fee. I was in executive king room nothing really to write home about pictures make it look better than it is. I also went to fitness center at 7 pm no one was in there I was in there 5 mins and a group of four people came in two males two females they were wanting to take photos of one of the girls asked how long I would be in there I said about 20 mins they hung around for a few mins then went out into hall way and stair well where they turned up music and started taking pictures I then went to leave when I was done and noticed my key card was gone!!!! I went out into hall way asked about my key card they said they didn't have then the girl who was getting her photos taken (strange) asked one of the males "didn't you say you found an extra one" even more strange her said "oh yeah" then they handed it over!!! Made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable I went back to my room took a very quick shower then called front desk. They said they went and looked for them and they were gone at that point if I didn't have to work at the base so early in morning I would have left!!!

No sound insulation & rude guests.

Pros: Clean and polite staff
Cons: Soundproof the walls, or create a special wing for "late-night music lovers"
Location: Area is very convenient to highway and downtown - although immediate area is a bit sketchy.
All was great except it was impossible to sleep because some folks a few rooms down the hall were playing loud music. We called the front desk and they sent security a few minutes later. We heard security knocking on the loud people's door extensively for a long time because the people inside could not hear the knocks because the music was so loud, and maybe the people were also under the influence of something or other. After hearing words being exchanged, the music volume was reduced - but an hour later it was up again. Called security again, same scenario. By 2:30 am music ceased and we got some sleep. Other than this incident, everything else was fine.
