Convenient because is in downtown Orlando

The food is good and the staff is nice. I think need better cleaning and better room appearance. We been two days in this hotel because my husband had a surgery in some hotel near facility .

Nice hotel - - iffy location

Hotel accommodations were nice. Hotel room was clean. Location wasn’t desireable. Not within safe walking distance of anything worthwhile. However, it is a good location if you want easy access to highway 4.

The furniture are a little old fashion but it is nice. The carpet is old.

Overpriced akward hotel in Orlando

We really made a mistake booking this hotel. We wanted to be downtown and this was outside of it even though it advertised as such. It wasn’t an older building with a marginal renovation. The AC wasn’t working properly it wasn’t humid and the tile floor wet. The worst part was that we prepaid for breakfast and it was so awful we didn’t even eat. Very disappointing.

Convenient location

Front desk staff was excellent, very helpful and welcoming. The housekeeping staff needs to better respect the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the doors. Nobody came in but they sure couldn’t keep their voices down in the hallway. The bar area is dimly lit, mediocre food.

Pros: I like a hotel that is clean. The bathroom was very clean nothing scummy on sick or tub. Bedding very neat and well made. Nothing dusty, carpet clean.
We had a great stay at your Hotel. We would definitely come back. Loved the cleanliness, staff very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the computer service, we were able to print our boarding pass in your lobby and that was a great assistance to us. Breakfast was very good and well balanced. Dining room and staff were great. Very convenient having the shuttle service and rent a car in the lobby also. We were a little nervous of the homeless and garbage in the area. Didn't feel comfortable walking to the Amway Center. So the shuttle was used by us. We enjoyed the pool. Overall we loved the Crown Hotel. A smile from your staff goes a long way.

Cons: Everything!
When looking for a Crowne Plaza hotel property, please do yourself a favor and skip this property. Not worth even half the cost.

Very clean. Helpful staff. Convenient location.

Pros: Very, very clean. Very friendly staff, including housekeeping, front-desk, valet and restaurant wait-staff.
Cons: Additional access from Lexington Ave.
Location: There is only one access to the hotel by car, on one-way street Hughey Ave. It's ok once you get used to it, but inconvenient at first.
Missed the turn off of Colonial onto one-way Hughey at first, then had to drive around another block to get back to the only access by car on Hughey, amidst the horrendous traffic on Colonial. Valet was friendly and helpful upon arrival. Hotel is very clean and inviting, beautiful decor. Check-in smooth and without issue. An additional security deposit was unexpected but reasonable. Good food at restaurant. Convenient business center for printing trip documents.
