Very nice hotel

Pros: The room and staff were excellent
Cons: The room was not ready when I arrived.
Location: Attended the Mark Anthony concert.
Excellent experience at the hotel and stay there again.

Pros: Clean rooms; great customer service.
They provided me with a bottle of champagne for my birthday. This was a great way to start the day.

Staff are superior. Kessler matches quality with the finest guest service entities in the world. Philosophy at the top permeates the organization all the way to housekeeping. This was a refreshing reminder that " all that is good, has not been lost ". Well done 👍

NEVER AGAIN!! Was once a nice place, not anymore

I got food poisoning from the restaurant in the hotel. The Food and Beverage told me that it was something else I ate, and not from their hotel, but that was the only protein I ate that day. He brushed me off like it was no big deal. I was told I was going to be followed up with a manager 4 times with no one actually calling. I had to call the main number and ask for the Hotel Manager, and spoke with the really rude F&B Director. Luckily the Front Desk Manager tried to make things better, but it was already too late. The hotel itself needs to be updated. Nothing has really been updated since it was first built, and many things are need of bringing it to date. After 7 years of staying here, I won't be staying here again.

Upscale Hotel

Upscale hotel with trendy pool area and food service. The Sunday Jazz Brunch was excellent. The management dealt with a noise problem we encountered with concern and a reduction due to the inconvenience..Recommend this property for those who don't want the Disney experience.

Valet Service Solid--Champagne and Room too warm

Great hotel, but room would not cool down, champagne served in the bar was barely cool, and for breakfast at 0830 they refused to allow to order off the menu and would only allow a buffet--on a Saturday. Valet service was on their game though.
