Good hotel, a block from bustling downtown.

Posted Oct 21, 2017
This is my fourth stay at this hotel. We like it because it is so central yet quiet. The pool is lovely and has recently had all the furniture upgraded. The lobby and other areas have also been tastefully done up. We like the deluxe rooms that over look the pool as they are large and clean with lovely views from the veranda. The one we stayed in this time was perfect except the shower curtain is in desperate need of replacement, torn and old, a silly oversight really. I don’t like the way there are many little and large charges added to the bill over and above the cost of the room, it really adds up. Overall, however, it’s a charming hotel, close to everything and I would definitely recommend it.

Great property with a beautiful view

Posted Oct 16, 2017
Pros: Location, cleanliness, staff courtesy, and free airport shuttle.
Cons: There is no restaurant or bar in this hotel. Having a pool bar would be great.
Location: Great places to eat within walking distance: Peabody cafe great for breakfast/brunch, Lulu's, Las Casuelas.
Great property with a beautiful view of the mountain in background. Excellent location in the downtown area close to all restaurants. The room was clean, the pool area and the premises were very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. My one complaint is that there is no cafe, restaurant or a bar on this property. The word "resort" usually implies there are several dining options. You are allowed to drink by the pool, but you have to step outside and BYO. I was informed that the property was in process of being upgraded and there will be a restaurant in the future.

Relaxing hotel with a patio. The pool area is open late with gas fire pits for your evening comfort.

Can't beat the location, price, and pool

Posted Oct 14, 2017
We changed to this hotel last minute and we're so glad we did. It was closer to the downstrip than we originally were, so walking distance to all the great shops, restaurant and museum. If we couldn't walk, it wasn't more than a 15 minute drive. The pool was so nice and relaxing and the view of the desert mountains were beautiful. The price was fabulous, even with the added daily hotel fee. If I'm ever back in Palm Springs I will grab a room at this hotel!

Girls getaway

We had an enjoyable stay. Check in was not pleasant. Woman at front desk , younger woman, was not a friendly happy person..not a good first impression...all other staff were wonderful and always friendly and pleasant..Will we be back but, we hope she is not there to check us in.

Not what I saw on line

Posted Oct 10, 2017
Pros: The grounds were clean and well kept.
Cons: For The amount I paid, my room should of been nicer and that old raggedy love seat needs to be removed and thrown out. Upgrade your rooms....
Location: Plenty of good food and shopping........
Looking at the pictures online and seeing the actual room, no comparison ...... I was so disappointed because it was my Birthday Weekend and I expected nicer accommodations for what i paid. The grounds were clean and well kept, the view from my room was exceptional, but the room......although there were a few upgrades, nothing like i anticipated. Upon arrival, the guy who checked us in was very impersonal and acted as if i'd disrupted his time he, did acknowledge us until we were in his face, never looked up, nor greeted my spouse and I.

Your location of your hotel was perfect

Had a day at your pool. Then after a minor walk we spent afternoon and night out in the town of Palm Springs.

average to mediocre

Best thing is the location - central to downtown but not much otherwise to highlight. Help did a lousy job of cleaning the room, pool would have been ok aside from the drunk guests making a scene. I was surely hoping for better - oh well

Great location!

Very nice staff and great location. Room was clean but thinks it could have used a little updating. Great stay otherwise!
