Everything was exactly as advertised. Room was clean and bed extremely comfortable. Décor was good and we chose this place for the pool. Pool was beautiful and when we were there in Mid-Jan not too many people there. Perfect!

The room was very nice and the lobby and locTion were fantastic. The only downside was that the housekeepers came really late (4pm) to clean the room and did not do a great job.

We didn't get what we expected

Posted Jan 9, 2018
We booked a suite with a pool view. The room was not a suite and we did not have a pool view. From my previous experiences, a hotel suite has a from room and a bedroom, divided by a wall plus door. This room had no door and only a partial wall. And, our pool view was completely obstructed by the actual hotel lower level and trees. And, to add even more insult to injury, the balcony railing bars were very wide and my 2 year old almost slipped right out. See attached photo before my wife saved her from falling. We had to keep the balcony door locked the entire time. All the extra money we paid for a suite and pool view were thrown out the window. When I asked the front desk for a suite with a door they said they don't have that type of room. Really? Then it's an open layout, not a studio. I told her our view was obstructed. They offered no upgrade but instead a downgrade to a smaller room on the street side of the building. So, to sum up, we were promised a suite with pool view and instead we got an open room layout, obstructed view of pool, a dangerous balcony for kids that we had to keep locked the entire time and no reasonable solution made by the front desk. Also, our room was not ready at 4pm check-in and we had to wait an hour while standing at the front desk, and we weren't offered even 1 water bottle. And, there were at least 2 other guests with bookings who's rooms were not ready. No one was offered any complimentary accommodations as a courtesy. Worst hotel experience

Good location.

Posted Jan 8, 2018
I've stayed here several times due to the location. The service is average, but the Hotel itself is nice and is in a great location. I guess I'm a little bitter. I like to be acknowledged that I'm a repeat customer, but that is why the service is weighing average.

Great lobby and pools, rotten room.

Posted Jan 8, 2018
Pros: Lobby, pools and very nice staff.
Cons: Time for the rooms and halls to have updates, clean them up, put the shampoo and soaps out!
Location: About 3 blocks from the main drag, easy to walk to happening restaurants and shops.
Expensive for what you get, lobby and pools great, our room was old, halls, old, scratch walls, dirty tub, not a bar of soap or shampoo, had to call to get it and of course I was rushing to get ready to meet friends. I don't blame housekeeping I think they are stretched very thin and they do their best. The location isn't bad, three blocks from the main drag. $24 to valet $16 to self park yikes! Some event was in town to room was very overpriced for what you get. My friends said there's always something in town jacking up the prices.

Nice pool, very clean, 3 blocks from main street

The room was very clean, amazing mattress. Nice pool, but limited sunny spots in December. Food was expensive.
