Very clean

Pros: Very clean
Cons: Had to ask three times for bedding for the pull out bed.
Location: Did not tell us parking would cost $26. That should be told beforehand
We had a room by the elevator and it sounded like a plane landing pretty much all night long. It was pretty annoying because it was fairly loud. The room was extremely clean.

I'm super disappointed we failed to have the linen for the sofa bed prior to your request and repeatedly failed you by not ensuring it was delivered in a timely manner. Patriots v Steelers

Pros: The hotel had old style charm on the exterior with contemporary amenities inside. The Bigelow Grille was a plus-shout to Dean and Tiffany!
Cons: Bathroom shower leaked---could use some attention (Room 1419)
Location: Good location if you are a "walker" as it takes 10 minutes to stroll to Market Square and 20 minutes to Heinz Field.
The Hilton is conveniently located near downtown activities including Market Square. We walked from the hotel to Point State Park then across the bridge to Heinz Field. The hotel was clean, staff provided exemplary service and the weekend was a big success.

Great Stay

We stayed at this hotel for a 3 day weekend. The location was very convenient and close to everything. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient, I really liked the way the staff kept in touch via cell phone text to see if my stay was OK. We ate at the on-site restaurant once and found that the service and food there was very good. There was a shuttle service available, which would make getting around the downtown area of Pittsburgh very easy but we did not need to use it.

You booked wrong room had to change

Pros: Location, comfort staff
We asked for a room with three beds. Expedia booked a room with two double beds. Could not use have a roll out due to fire regs. Thanks for the hassle

Boys Pittsburgh Steelers Getaway Weekend

Nice facility with a very attentive staff. Found it to be heavily overpriced for a weekend but I guess when the Leafs are in town and the Steelers also play, hotels charge whatever they want. Excellent breakfast that was included in the price. Their hotel shuttle was amazing and would take you most places downtown that you wanted to go and back.

Close to subway and Marketplace

We were there for a Steelers/Packers game. Might be better options for closeness, but subway was right across the street and took us right to the front door. Hotel gave us a handicap room (not handicapped). No big deal other than bathroom was a bit in need of a redo: shower tile pretty dirty and grout missing.

Perfect location for downtown Pittsburgh

The hotel itself was great. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Our room was turned down every day, which was nice to come back to. The restaurant had great food and the breakfast buffet was perfect. It was located right next to PPG Paints arena, which worked great for us as we went to two hockey games. It was also within walking distance to downtown with lots of restaurants and other things to do.
