The Fairmont was an absolutely great place to stay. Every employee that we encountered was friendly and really made you feel welcomed. The room was clean, luxurious and had great city views. It is right along Market Square in the perfect location for walking and was especially close to the PPG Christmas tree and holiday market. We ordered room service twice and the food was delicious and staff very prompt and courteous. We were very impressed with everything about the Fairmont and the experience we had. We will absolutely being staying there again in the future.

Love coming here...the rooms are so clean and comfy and the staff is lovely! The amibiance makes you feel like you’re a VIP!

I booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the theatre district. Excellent facility, restaurant, and staff!

Nicest hotel

Nicest hotel I've ever been too and hands down the best hotel in Pittsburgh! From the valet, to the front desk personal, to the rooms, room service, secure elevators and stunning views, not to mention the gorgeous interior of hotel and rooms. Experience was perfect!

Walking distance to stadiums.

Pros: The openness of the hotel and location. Staff very friendly and helpful .
Attended a Steelers game and the walk from the Fairmont to the stadium was very pleasant. The location of the Fairmont is perfect to enjoy Market Square, PPG Place and the Theater District everything is within walking distant. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful in answering questions.

Pretty nice

Desk chair was filthy and room service food was awful and very expensive. They ruined most dishes trying to be creative but the chefs need to go to culinary school!
