Great place to stay

We had a great 2 night stay and will definitely be back. Our room wasn’t cooling so we were upgraded and moved to s larger room. The staff made sure we were comfortable and gave us bottled water and snacks for our inconvenience. We appreciated the great attitudes of their staff!

We were given a handicapped room and told if we didn't want it that we would be downgraded, but still pay for the price of the suite. So we accepted the handicap suite. We were told we could request a late checkout, but when we did we were told no because somebody was already there waiting to get into our room, at 8am.... I was stranded at the hotel as my spouse was at a golf tournament and had our car, hence why we wanted late checkout. The cleaning crew knocked several times even though I told them no, that I was still in there. It's a clean hotel with nice breakfast, and we've stayed here multiple times. Yet the staff this time around were not all that kind. The pool area has been downgraded it seems as there is only one lounger out there now, along with a couple of tables and chairs. The Hot tub jets were broken, which was also disappointing.

The room was nice, quiet, and clean. Location close to area shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly.

Very nice hotel. It was grest to have tea & coffee available 24 hours a day. The staff was great!

Think you booked a room with 2 Queen beds? Wrong!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: If there is no availability for the type of room you want, let the customer know before the transaction is complete. Put some cups in the room.
Location: Shops and restaurants close by.
I booked a room with 2 queen beds but what I got was one king in a room with a sofa bed. They were supposedly booked so couldn't switch my room. It would have been great had I been given the choice to book the room with one king or cancel the reservation, but no! I was now stuck with it and instead of sleeping in a bed, I was on the pull-out sofa bed. Definitely not worth the money. Small room. No cups in the room so if you're going to fill your ice bucket, head back to the lobby and get a cup to drink from. I wouldn't have continued with reservation had I known they didn't have the type of room available that I chose online. Huge disappointment!

Dental appointment

Hotel was well located. Staff was ok breakfast not so good. Room had refuse items in the room.
