Nice hotel

It was great being close to the salt palace and vivint. It would be nice if you offered shuttle service to the airport or back.

Very helpful staff

The staff at the front desk was very helpful, answering questions and providing support. My wife came down with the flu during our stay. They directed us to an urgent care site and allowed us to delay our check out to minimize our wait at the airport.

The room was ok, average for the price. The bed was the most comfortable of any of the hotels weve stayed in recently. Parking was ludicrous, our pickup did not fit in the parking garage and the truck/van spots available were full when we arrived so our choices were street parking or valet parking (far more expensive than average). Breakfast buffet was ridiculously priced for food barely above the ala carte breakfast at Motel 6.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel i very well kept. Perfect location to walk to restaurants or short drive to a lot of places.

Was not notified that there was a 15.00 dollar fee to park car in parking garage under the hotel.

Liked the hotel for cleanliness and staff. We had to move from our first room due to being right next to the elevator and ice machine and lots of foot traffic/noise. Also, it was on the side where the rail cars ran which were quite noisy. Our second room was much better situated but then we found it had a rattling noise that persisted most of the evening and well into the early morning hours. Rather than have to pack up and move again we just tried to make the best of it but sleep was hard to get mainly because of that. I would also caution that the insulation was poor as we could actually hear one neighbor urinating into his toilet. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was very good and service was fast and courteous.
