Great Beds

Posted Sep 14, 2017
Location: Close to public transportation which is in the Free area of town so that was great. Near downtown restraunts, the temple and the convention center.
The beds were so comfortable! I slept great which is amazing when I am not at home. Everything was clean and comfortable and my staff interactions were very good.

Not worth the money.

They were very rude and not helpful at all. They accused me of being "sketchy" because my dad paid for my hotel room.

I am sorry our customer service fell below your expectations. In an effort to minimize identity theft we instead made you fell unwelcome. Thank you for taking the time to let me know so I may follow up with the front office team. There is always opportunity for us to improve.

Incompetent staff, room w. one tiny window looking into brick wall. Room keys never worked and staff were barely helpful.

I am sorry our team was not responsive to your needs. All of our rooms have sliding glass doors, so I wish I had more information about the one tiny window you referenced. I am also sorry we did not have a complimentary upgrade to offer you over what you had booked. I appreciate you taking some of your time to share these thoughts so I may follow up with my team. There is always opportunity for us to improve.

Plumbing issues with the shower. Cleaning staff doesn't speak English. Hotel restaurant food was the worst food I ever received.

I am very sorry there were plumbing issues in your guest room. I wish we would have known about this while you were here so we could have fixed the problem for you. Nevertheless, this is something we should have caught during our room inspection so I will follow up with my team to see what happened. Thank you for taking the time to let me know as there is always opportunity to improve.

Nice hotel in the heart of Downtown

Posted Jul 17, 2017
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: The size of the double beds from full to queen could be upgraded since there is enough space for these rooms to accommodate two queen beds.
Location: Located in the heart of downtown close to shops, restaurants and the highway.
This hotel has a great location and the rooms are large and very clean. The only negative aspect I have to point out is the size of the beds. Even though the beds are nice and comfortable, when one asks for a double room, the two beds are full size, so for two people to sleep in each bed they are narrow. They are comfortable for only one person in each bed. My friends and I just spent two nights in this hotel, and the second night I ended up sleeping on the floor. In this case, I suggest to pay for rollaway beds in order to sleep comfortable.

Solid choice

Posted Jul 5, 2017
Pros: Ground floor facing grassy courtyard was great for us as dog-owners. Nice pool. Room and everything was fine.
Cons: Re-open casual cafe. We were very tired on arrival and the restaurant has a very limited menu which didn't happen to appeal to us.
Location: Near downtown restaurants that you can walk to but you really need a car.
Good overall. Smooth check-in, nice room, good location, lacking in dining options. Great for dog-owners.
