Nice hotel good location

The hotel is located in down town San Diego. Very convenient and accessable to good restaurant public transport. Clean room with friedly staff.

Hotel falling apart - old everything besides the sheets and towels. Room appeared semi clean but didn’t date to walk barefoot on carpet and restroom. Found hair in restroom floor. Great location and good price but hotel is in need of major renovations. The room numbers are taped to the doors as in paper and paper tape. Looks like my 5 year old helped them paint throughout the hotel, very poorly semi painted. Great location but won’t stay here again even. Staff was nice, too bad hotel is simply falling apart.

Pros: Absolutely NOTHING!
Cons: New management, people who actually know how to run a hotel business!
Location: Wasn't there long enough to discover.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Actual room was disappointing far cry from the pictures posted online. Furniture was tattered, beds extremely uncomfortable, sink clogged and a stagnant smell in the room. The condition of the hotel and room was so bad, I forfeited the cash spent, immediately vacated and booked another hotel by phone. Depressing start of my weekend trip.

Not a horrible hotel to stay at if it’s a last minute trip, but much better is out there.

Very bad smell in the hallway and the room.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything. It needs to be renovated.
Location: Close to the airport.
It was hard to fall asleep due to the strange smell in the hotel (hallway ans room). Bedding did not smell clean, not sure due to the strange smell in the room.

Clean room, comfortable bed & pillow, good big TV With good TV channels, great location to visit Little Italy area, refrigerator & microwave, coffee in the lobby. Good Lobby staff. Responsible and trustworthy Housekeeping personal.

DEPSIT THIEVES & BED BUGS

We have stayed here several times,however our last to stays were disappointing based on the night staff lady's weird religious and personal comments.We were checked into a room in which we noticed right away the smoke detector was covered with dried toilet paper we called asked to be moved,ok they changed our room. we wanted to stay another night asked for the same rate they said no they'll be booked soon, checked out only to find out later we get the same rate 5 hrs later.Called 4 days later to check on our deposit which had not be returned yet we were reassured it was only a pre auth in fact it was a straight out charge on the day we checked in, reassured again it was being returned maybe late do to the weekend.Called a third time7days later and was accused of smoking in the room by the owner who said he personally checked our room without even asking my name or room # he was rude on the phone and in person plus out of 3 times we stayed the deposit charge was 3 different prices first was$75,$80,$60 asked why?Our answer was the bosses son in which the whole time was the nicest person there didn't follow his father's rules.we scheduled late check-out only to be told the day of check-out we had to leave by 11:30 they were bombing the second floor they had all the rooms linen bagged up and all the furniture stacked up in the rooms, BEDBUGS UCK!!!Basically they STEAL YOUR dEPOSit RIGHT OUT THE GATE AND MAKE UP A RESON TO KEEP IT. oh yea the fancy handwritten door#s classic touch
