Great hotel in San Diego

The hotel and staff were excellent. The one problem I had and it was a very big problem, is the area the hotel is situated in. I might as well be in downtown LA. It is just awful. It's surrounded by homeless people and I do mean a swarm of them and the area is very dirty. Also very noisy, had a lot of trouble trying to sleep even at 2-3 in the morning. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff very accommodating but location sucks.

The wood floor is good, the bathroom is big, but the bathroom the water come through every.

Walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Nice modern hotel. The room was clean, beds are comfy, and loved the rainfall shower head. I didn't like the face thatbyoubcan hear the people next door, people slamming doors, and two rooms down people were smoking weed. Overall nice experience, great customer service!

Weekend Getaway

Location: Walking distance, close to nearby activities
Me and my girlfriend stayed here for memorial weekend and also to celebrate my birthday. While checking in we were greeted by hotel staff and looked excited for our stay. When we got to our room to get comfortable, we've noticed how dusty the room was. We requested to have a coffee maker be sent up to our room to notice how dusty the coffee maker was also. While Expedia sent me an email asking how check in was, I noted that our room was dusty. I was emailed by the hotel that it will be dealt directly. To notice our return back to the room, that it was not dealt with. We also had Valet parking for our stay as well, the first time we waited for our car was about 20-25 minutes. We were compensated for a $30 rate instead of $45. Valet service was nice but was constantly asking us if we were checking out soon. Overall, with more negatives than positives, I'm sad to say that we will not be returning.

Nice hotel, but the walls are paper thin

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Walls are paper thin, could hear guests in room next door, people walking upstairs, and cars driving below (was on 7th floor).

Nice Stay

It was a really nice Hotel! It was close to the USS Midway and to the seaport Village. If you're to lazy to walk, just take a cheap uber there- maybe 5 Dollar? The Room was comfortable and clean! Staff was nice and very helpful. I would come again! :)

Very Avereage hotel not sure if worth the $$

Clean comfortable room which was big. Called for room service and was put on hold then told they would call back never got a call. Happened twice. The door to the room did not shut we had to wait and make sure to pull hard to shut it. Brought this to the attention of the front desk nothing was done. Came back to a clean room after maid service and the door was left open because it would not shut. Told the front desk and once again they said we will look into it. Nothing was done. We spent 4 nights there and it was ok. Not what I would expect from this type of place.
