There was a mixup with regards to billing for my stay. Initially some submissions did not go through. Then they did, but I was billed as if they didn't. I will have to spend time with my credit card company to sort thus out, unless you can cancel the duplicate billing. Thanks. Dates of stay October 13-17, room 205. Thanks. Please let me know if you are able to correct this.

Good location, clean

Location for walking the pier, town and catching trolley good. No bfast,but free Internet and parking. A little thunder from planes, but no big deal. Small hotel. Right beside road to get us back to highway 5 easily..worked for us.

A place to sleep.

Pros: The staff was wonderful.
Cons: Could use a little updating.
Location: Super busy street corner -- just a block or two from all of the resteraunts and attractions of Little Italy, though. Great location
The place had clean sheets and it was in a convenient location. The staff was WONDERFUL. Unfortunately, the sink had problems and backed up. There was also no stopper in it. I did end up moved to a different room which was better. No hair dryer, though they brought me one when I asked for one. It was fine. Just a little less than what I expected.

When I first came into he office I was immediately greeted and checking in was a breeze. That being said the room was a little sub par. The sheets still had some stains on them and the was hair in the bathroom sink. The bed itself was as comfy as it gets glad I got the king size. Parking was atrocious. If you didn't get there early you wouldn't have a parking spot. Checking out was just as quick as checking in and Overall was worth what I paid for.

I felt dirty

The photos are NOTHING like the actual room. When we were driving up PCH I saw all of these hotels and when we were approaching this one I said ," oh please don't let it be this one ." It was. The lobby looked nice-ish so I was hopeful, until I opened the door. The sweet smell of mold and poop was heavy. With in seconds we were met with the smell of pot from the neighbors . Which was ok bc it covered up the other smell. They said it was updated . Hahaha The ceiling literally had two different color paint and textures. Expedia failed us by this one big time! I paid $240 for one night . Just to wake up early and leave . I felt dirty . I think at one time rooms were rented out by the hour. It is small to. I had to sit sideways to pee bc the counter top met up with the toilet . The only thing positive was , Julio at the front was nice. The parking is first come first serve and there are about 14-16 spots and it's a tight squeeze, if you can get a spot! Don't fall for the photos . It's a mirage , don't drink the dirt!

Great location to downtown/ little Italy. Glad I found a deal for the price, would not have paid the original price. There was construction outside that the staff never told me about so that was unpleasant to wake up to. Other than that the staff was great and helpful. Wish there was a hairdryer available in the rooms

Dump of a hotel close to the airport.

A dismal little motel. Looks nothing like the pics online. Bathroom window wouldn't close. AC was on when we checked in so room was HOT and stuffy. AC could barely run cool enough to help. Scratchy sheets. Tiny, tiny bathroom, scratchy towels. Sketchy people in the parking lot arguing. Really small parking lot. Could hardly back out when leaving.
