Poor parking facilities

Pros: Good breakfast selections
Cons: More parking space
Location: Near the ocean
Both nights unable to find parking and staff had to arrange for spots in illegal areas on the site. The daily parking fee was waived after complaints were registered. Also no maid service done and had to get fresh towels on our own. With complaining to the manager, the bill was adjusted.

Nice stay, but could of been better.

Our stay at residence inn was nice but could have been better. I stayed at the hotel for 6 days and every day the breakfast was about the same. A greater variety in the food selection would be appreciated. The major issue I had was that the hotel charged my credit card twice and the pending charges were not taken off my bill until a week after I checked out of the hotel. It wasn't until I involved my credit card company that the charges were removed.

Pros: The staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. It has a great shuttle service. It's close to great restaurants.
We stayed there for 4 nights- very comfortable and clean. The included breakfast had lots of great choices. The staff was very professional, helpful and pleasant. The fresh-baked cookies offered daily at the front desk was a nice touch.

Convenient location

In walking distance to many places in Little Italy including: restaurants and farmers market on Saturdays. Fairly close to the waterfront. The air conditioner noise from our bedroom in the 2 bdr suite was fairly loud but our room was away from the back where the trains come by. You occasionally hear the cruise ships leaving the dock and the planes coming by because it's not too far from the airport. Free breakfast daily. $20/night parking fee. Overall good location though.

The main bad experience I had was with parking. You charge 20 but you have limited parking spaces.

Ok hotel train and street noise all night.

The train goes right by in the back of the hotel and the street noise and partying till the wee hours of the night led to no sleep.

Comfy & Clean

Even though it was only one night, we loved our room very much that we decided to stay in after visiting the USS Midway. We had plans to visit Little Italy but stayed in our comfy room instead. Our kids has a blast. Having a little kitchen was great seeing how we had little ones. Only thing I can advise is better couches and maybe a little bigger. Other than that our room was excellent.
