Beautiful hotel downtown

Exceptional customer service. I mean above and beyond. I really enjoyed the traditional hotel experience. I'm burned out on super trendy hotels that make you feel like you're lucky to be there. This place set the right tone. Great view and comfy beds.

Nice and comfortable hotel with extra chsrge

Nice and comfortable hotel in convenient downtown location. Surprise $20/day extra facilities charge at check-out, very dishonest.

Hi Nick, Our facilities fee is noted and published on all sites prior to booking. We definitely do not try to surprise any guest upon departure and the fee includes much more than internet and newspapers. Included in the fee is round trip airport transportation, complimentary snack hour daily, complimentary bottled water in your guestrooms, complimentary local and long distance phones calls, as well as internet.

Perfect location

Perfectly located in Downtown San Diego. Close to I-5 and other main roads. Walking distance to Gaslamp District, San Diego Bay and many other attractions. Hotel staff is unique, very friendly and accommodating. You will feel like home away from home. Either if you travel for business or pleasure this is the right place to stay.

Building was under construction as was street. Noise was awful. Also not much security. Doors to outside street were close to elevators to rooms. Anyone can walk through especially at night.

Im sorry, Im not aware of any construction happening at our hotel. We also have security throughout the hotel 24 hours a day. rest assured all access door are carefully monitored.

Perfect service. Beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms. Beds are superior. I will definitely come back here to stay when I'm in San Diego. Great restaurant and room service. Food was very high quality.

The parking is expensive, the room was really nice and we had a lovely view. Jacuzzi was the loudest Jacuzzi I've ever been in could barely have a conversation kind of ruined the relaxing vibes you should have. The hotel bar closed super early also buy beer prior to 10pm because the near by places stop selling jt and if you want a night cap you're forced to go to gas lamp which had a lot more homeless people then I remember. We only stayed 1 night because we are from up north but for the price it was nice. Won't be going back any time soon though.

Great hotel

Fast and easy check in. Nice and courteous staff. Convenient location close to everything. The room was awesome the view was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The only thing that was a inconvenience was parking.

Great hotel, close to all amenities

Stayed for 6 nights, great experience. Close enough to Gaslamp District without being in the heart of it, which in my opinion is better. Molly at concierge desk was awesome, helped with recommendations and discounts for various attractions. Only downside is the cost of daily parking - $47.00 is far too steep. If possible park across the street for $25 per day (which we saw after 2 days)
