historic hidden gem

Posted Oct 20, 2017
Luxx Boutique sounds posh--and it did have some glammy comforts, like high end bedding, complimentary wine and Nespresso--but the real luxury was its location in walking distance to Santafe's top restaurants, shops, crafts, museums, bars and clubs. The manager was very attentive, with great recommendations.

Nice boutique hotel 1-2 short blocks from plaza

Posted Oct 15, 2017
I believe this was our sixth or seventh time staying here. The price for what you get and where the hotel is located is worth it. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It is very quiet in the rooms and always have slept well. Parking can be an issue in Santa Fe and they do offer parking in the adjacent parking structure for a reasonable price. Late check-ins are not an issue. We will continue to stay here on all of our future visits.

Small and cozy

Well appointed room, but limited space in bathroom for necessities. Quiet. Staff helpful with restaurant suggestions. Walking distance to plaza and points of interest.

Good place to stay if you are visiting Santa Fe

Posted Sep 24, 2017
Pros: Location, location, location.
Location: The Shed for green chili stew. The Coyote rooftop cantina Tia Sophia’s for breakfast
If location is everything this is a great find. Stuated in historical Sanra Fe, everything in walkin distance and easy to get to., you can’t do much better. But a 4 star boutique hotel it is not. Rather a good, local, small hotel. Limited amount of rooms, quantly furnitured, more than adequate. Service is spotty. We had a n excellent experience on Saturday morning, but Friday service was mediocre at best. Just depends on the day, i guess. Also the back patio, hotbtub area is somewaht of a let down. If you do go to Santa Fe for a coupke of days, and you need a good hotel in a great location, but hotel amenities are not you first concern, by all means, this is your place.

Close to plaza

It was a comfortable room, however it was right next to the hot tub and the jets were on all night. Otherwise a great little boutique hotel.

Perfect location if you want to put away your car and walk to shops, restaurants, museums.. opera shuttle stops are close by...beds are sooo comfortable! I felt safe and enjoyed the friendly, helpful staff... reminded me of my favorite little European hotels. So tired of sterile hotel chains, so this is now my new go-to hotel in Santa Fe.

Pre Indian Market Stay

Posted Aug 23, 2017
Pros: quiet and location
Cons: Loading and unloading
Location: Plaza, library, museums, galleries, Indian Market, shops, capital, historic sites
Location was superb for walking all of old Santa Fe. Parking access in covered lot was accessible except morning checkout was challenging since no one was at the desk and even momentary parkng attracted a violation. Having a n afternoon window for unloading is provided but not in the a.m. Quiet, with non-lobby entry was nice and also back garden privacy. Choose room #12.

Pros: Cozy, quint, and nicely decorated.
Cons: It was good service.

So close to plaza but a totally private patio for lounging, hot tubbing,or having a beverage. Staff was unbelievably awesome. Kudos to the them all for making our staff in Santa Fe delightful.

Close to the convention center, downtown. There is a sushi place right in front of the hotel. Great location and reasonable price.
