This property was likely very beautiful many years ago when it first opened and the highlight photos were taken but it has clearly been neglected for some time. Neither the rooms nor the property were as clean and sufficiently stocked with necessities as I would expect. The beds were not comfortable, WiFi was spotty, and linens seemed old and lacking freshness. The only upsides were the ac worked well and the few staff members we encountered tried to be helpful. If you do still decide to stay here and you want to order food for children, do not order the pizza. You will be disappointed. Other food options were okay. Thankfully, we only stayed one night. My family and I were very disappointed so I want to make sure future Expedia users know what they’re getting into. Expedia should require property hosts to post photos within the last year or two.

⭐ 7/10 – Great location and excellent dinners, but several areas need improvement I am currently staying at Coral Costa Caribe Resort with my family. Overall, I would rate our experience a 7 out of 10. The resort has a good location, and we have enjoyed several aspects of our stay. However, I do not believe the overall experience fully matches the price we paid or all the amenities advertised. The positives: I especially want to highlight the specialty restaurants. We had very good experiences at Brisa, Rincón Grill, the Dominican restaurant, and the Tex-Mex restaurant. At Rincón Grill, the churrasco and New York strip steak were delicious. The food and service during dinner have been among the best parts of our stay, and the servers were attentive and friendly. At breakfast, the omelet station also deserves recognition. The omelets were delicious, and the staff working there were very kind. Our room has been comfortable, and housekeeping has cleaned it every day. However, there are four people staying in our room, and when we arrived, we were only provided with enough towels for three guests. This is a small detail, but the number of guests should be confirmed before check-in. I would especially like to recognize Wendy, who has helped me from the time I made the reservation and throughout our stay. An der angegebenen Adresse existiert überhaupt kein Hotel. Mir wurde am Anreisetag mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel angeblich geschlossen sei und ich woanders untergebracht werde. Das andere Hotel ist in Ordnung jedoch weiß das Personal nicht gut Bescheid und es kostet viel Zeit und Nerven vor Ort zu klären, dass man eigentlich woanders reserviert und schon bezahlt hat. Wirkt insgesamt alles etwas verdächtig.
