Very nice service, room a little old but very very clean. We left very early in booking ( dinner time) because of emergency.

Exceptional staff. Very nice lobby with a bar, and an included breakfast. Outdoor area with firepit. Room was spacious and well equipped. Living area needed an ottoman and side chair, but sofa was comfortable for my short stay. Nice bedding. Location is very quiet and tons of restaurants are a short 10 min ride way. I have rarely seen such a friendly and accommodating staff. Pleasant grounds. Good security.

Parking was good. I would suggest that the shuttle bus be more cautious. It almost hit me as I was coming out of my parking space due to the shuttle speeding. Staff was good. The Starbucks cafe would be convenient if they would want to make your coffee. I wanted a white chocolate mocha and employee said she had just cleaned the expresso machine and did not want to dirty it. It was like 7 pm. Maybe have instructions on how to use the thermostat as it was very cold and then too hot. I figured it out after multiple time tries trying to set the temperature at a comfortable setting.

The property is charming and vibrant with great attention to detail and close to all Saugatuck amenities. The towels were plush, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was yummy. Nadia gives great recommendations on all local restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

Everything about this house was perfect! Breakfast was delicious! Assorted breads, fresh fruit, yogurt , and an amazing egg and hash brown bake. We sat in a beautiful kitchen, windows all around with the fireplace going while we ate. Our room was cozy, clean and comfortable! The shower was excellent with high end shampoo and soap. Highly recommend staying here, we will be back! Thank you Jane!
