That was the worst experience I ever had with a reservation. I made a reservation through you; Hotels.com, we arrived at that horrible hotel the night of the 29th not knowing that there was a mistake on the reservation that supposed to be for September 29 not the 30th. The counter clerk was a kid who told me about the mistake and told me that I should call Expedia because the reservation was made through them. first of all Expedia took a long time to answer and after that their answering machine never recognized the reservation. I explained to the hotel attendant what was happening and if he could’ve give us a room that night and he refused to do that, so, we ended un on the street with no solution to our problem and looking for another hotel to stay somewhere else. I am so disappointed that I will never use your services agin
