Front desk staff helpful and engaging , room very comfortable. Big plus the parking 1 block away in front of the hospital was only $20 for 24 hrs. 2 other hotels nearby were $50 and $60.

Very convenient to Virginia Mason Hospital. Older property but very well maintained. Parking is very inconvenient and there is no dining facility on the property, which is also very inconvenient.

This property is in a more residential area but also right next to Virginia Mason Medical Center. This meant a lot of ambulance noises. Our room was comfortable but a bit dated and the bedding basic. The pillows were flat and unfluffable. However, since we spent little time in the room and the price was very reasonable, it made for an affordable stay within easy walking distance of the Convention center and Pike's market and the Capital district.

I reserved a room with two beds and it was given to my son who has the same last name but different first name. As a solution we were moved to a very small room with one bed for the same rate. We checked out three days before and the hotel was going to not charge for the remaining but they said Expedia should be reimbursing us because you are the billing agency. Unless you reimburse us, we really got screwed in this stay.

The employees stood out, as they went above and beyond to be sure I felt welcome. Jay Cee at the front desk treated me like a close relative! I stay in Seattle several times a year and this will Now be my go-to place to stay.

Toilet seat basically came completely off, the bathtub doesn't drain and I showered with water up to my ankles it took hours to empty. There's a horrible smell in the room and you aren't allowed to burn candles or anything to cover it. The only perk was nice staff and the location was necessary. I've seen nicer Motel 6 locations.

The rooms smell horrible. We didn’t stay and booked another hotel. Absolutely not worth the price. Not an inviting or comfortable room. Very disappointed that I lost $$&& on this.

I was in Seattle for a family medical emergency and stayed the weekend at The Inn. It was recommended by Cherry Hill Campus Neuro Hospital to me, and it suited all of my needs for being in a safe, clean, and walkable distance to the hospital (1 mile). The staff was kind and very helpful.

Found front desk staff to be helpful and the room was clean and had plenty electrical outlets and a microwave and min-fridge, which were definitely appreciated. Room was quiet except for the constant low-hum of an air-circulating or heating unit (?) in the closet-bathroom area. The hotel is convenient to the downtown area but parking lot/garage situation nearby was not as pleasing.

Very pleased with staff. I had interactions with 4 team members and each were very helpful and pleasant. Room was much smalled than shown in pictures but still nice. Bathroom was clean. Bed and pillows were very nice! My only complaint was how cold the room was. Staff did bring a heater but it was not enough to warm up the room. Even with this, i will return when coming to Seattle for medical care.

Hi Kimberly:You totally get us!! Our greatest amenity is the warm and caring team providing service at the front desk and keeping our rooms clean and ready for our guests. Our historic property has challenges when it comes to regulating temperature between rooms (think college dorm) but we embrace our value of creativity and work hard to ensure guests are comfortable. I wish we could've hit that issue out of the park. Nonetheless, we look forward to welcoming you back the next time you come our way.

Total dissappointment
That was the worst experience I ever had with a reservation. I made a reservation through you; Hotels.com, we arrived at that horrible hotel the night of the 29th not knowing that there was a mistake on the reservation that supposed to be for September 29 not the 30th. The counter clerk was a kid who told me about the mistake and told me that I should call Expedia because the reservation was made through them. first of all Expedia took a long time to answer and after that their answering machine never recognized the reservation. I explained to the hotel attendant what was happening and if he could’ve give us a room that night and he refused to do that, so, we ended un on the street with no solution to our problem and looking for another hotel to stay somewhere else. I am so disappointed that I will never use your services agin

When we arrived, there was no one to offer assistance with unloading or to get up the two sets of stairs with my husband’s medical equipment into the lobby. I stayed there while my husband was in the hospital for a week. The heat didn’t work, staff did bring up a portable heater, but it was not pleasant.

It's an older building but I think that added to the charm rather than detract. Not a lot of electrical outlets but the beds were comfy and the view from the roof was beautiful.
