convenient, comfortable, friendly

Pros: Location, staff, cost, breakfast buffet, evening cookies, clean and comfortable rooms
Location: Park at the hotel and walk all over downtown, including the INB center, Auntie's Books, Uncle's Games, the theater district, and many restaurants.
Our first choice for a stay in Spokane, especially if attending events in the Spokane area. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The cookies were stellar!

Clean comfortable hotelnear historical city center

Pros: Everything except the coffee and orange juice.
Cons: The coffee and orange juice. Need more fresh fruit at breakfast as well.
Location: Near historical city center, with many good restaurants nearby. The convention center is also very near.
Congenial and helpful front desk personnel, pleasant and professional house cleaning staff, comfortable beds, comfy pillows, clean room, plentiful hot breakfast. Watery coffee and orange juice could use improvement, but there is an excellent coffee shop, Boots, one block away. And lots of good restaurants as well.

Pros: Coffee in lobby was very convenient.
Cons: Noise reducing windows.
Location: Very close to convention center. If you are a walker or runner, you can go a few miles in either direction: bidges, falls, Independence Trail.
We have stayed at BW Plus hotels in several cities. This hotel is older but it has been updated. Our main issues: 1. It sits on a very, very busy road. Noisy. Noisy. One of the updates should have been noise reduction efforts. 2. Hotel has one elevator. My mom is 80 and requires a handicap room. Being on third floor is ok when elevator works. It wasn't working the morning we left. Fortunately, the repair guy worked quickly. But, it seemed to be news that handicapped people would be stuck on 3rd floor. If this were maintenance, it should have been noticed so we could have left earlier. If it were repair, someone should have made contingency plan for getting guests down three flights of stairs.

Close to airport and different neighborhoods

Staff was pleasant. I believe I forgot my laptop power cord in the room, still trying to get it back

Night Staff Amazing!

The service is wonderful at this Hotel! I will totally stay at this hotel again. we were checking in late and had a trailer that couldn't fit anywhere, the girl working behind the counter moved her own car so i could park the trailer in the spot. is was amazing! thank you

Last minute reservation.

Thank you for the late minute room even tho it was your handy cap room. It was very clean and smelled great.Your staff helped my daughter and I out with a very bad experience with a other hotel in your area. Thank you I would recommend your hotel . Hospitality was great breakfast was good.
