Had almost nothing for breakfast, staff seemed unfriendly and not interested, the cleanliness not too good either. There is so much to improve.

My apologies about the breakfast, some of our items got cleaned out by a construction crew and an influx of guests that was not for seen. Today we received a delivery almost twice the size of our regular one to have emergency supplies. I know we always have two types of cereal bread juice coffee and oatmeal with granola and raisins but a couple of our main items were cleaned out. We are including some home made cookies as well. We hope to see you again and improvements are being made this I promise you.

Nice stay. Very clean and comfortable. Easy check in. Would recommend Days Inn in Spokane to families with children.

We are happy that you liked the stay and we appreciate that you will recommend to families. We work hard to keep all family safe with security available 24 hour. Fantastic camera system and we don't rent local to keep this place friendly.

Couldn't stay there - they refused us.

Posted Dec 15, 2017
They refused to let someone from a Spokane, WA, zip code stay there. They said they've had too many thefts and rooms vandalised by local people. Thank you Expedia for getting us a refund.

I am sorry we were not able to accommodate you. We are not the only hotel in Spokane with policies like this. This is due to a unique atmosphere in our area that is out of our control. As explained during your failed check-inn this is a new policy and I will be posting on Expedia to let future guests know of the policy. Most of our guests are from out of town so this is usually a non-issue. Also Expedia would not have refunded the charge had we not also authorized a refund so please do not be under the impression that we were refusing refund at all. This was a mistake not of your own and there is no reason we would hold your money. We would have loved to have you stay at our hotel. Renting rooms to guests is what we do and when policy conflicts with checking in a guest such as improper identification or something similar it is truly unfortunate for both parties involved. again I am terribly sorry that we were not able to have you as a guest.

The room was hard to find being the room number was not on the outside of the room. The room sign was missing. The in room heat would only reach 65 as the heater had apparent problems. Oatmeal and bread is not a breakfast to me.

I am so sorry that our free breakfast was not placed properly. We do have more options that were not available. I take this very seriously and the employee is no longer with us. Frankly this just should not have happened and I assure you that any future stay will be as it is suppose to be. Please forgive us these transgressions as we are under new management and are weeding out the problems. Our maintenance man has taken the offending heater and thrown it out we assume it was a faulty thermostat as we prep each room with the heat on for our guests arrivals.

The room was nice but the bed was hard and there was a lot of cops at night and people trying to get in the room at night and lots of people walking around at night outside and around my car

I am sorry to hear about your experience at our hotel. We take security very seriously. We have a security company that does routine checks on the property as well as hotel staff and a high end camera system. I will be forwarding this to my staff and stepping up procedures accordingly. Your safety is of our utmost concern. We are newly renovated and appreciate that you enjoyed the room. The beds are brand new and have been a favorite with guests. I am sorry that it was too firm. We would love to see you return and can work with you on bed type to find something more comfortable.

Pros: New bed and carpets
Cons: Clean up the grounds
Location: Easy to access near a big city.
nice remodel, but still feels dated. Not the cleanest facility.

Thank you for reviewing our new rooms we are very proud of them! Unfortunately our great location puts us between two major roads which sadly can collect more trash then usual. I will be forwarding this to my grounds staff and make extra effort in providing clean grounds as well as rooms.

New owners, good place to stay

Posted Nov 19, 2017
I would recommend this place to stay. Our reason to stay here was because a very ill family member was in hospital in Spokane and Days Inn Spokane was close by and we're so glad we stayed here. Friendly and caring staff. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Rooms were very nice and continental breakfast was just what we needed before we dashed off to the hospital in the mornings. Thank you to new owners and staff for making me feel welcome.

This is something we are trying to provide to people coming to Spokane with medical reasons. Our new rooms with fridge and microwave in every room and low medical rates provide just what people are looking for. Hearing reviews like this let us know we are making headway!

Pros: New remodel. clean, nice rooms
Cons: Take the old rugs out of room bad bad bad remove cabbage in Hallways daily ( not very attractive)
I been traveling all over the USA and Europe this year and staying at this Motel it was convenient close to the Hospital and Freeway. But do you have to charge for parking?? Yes when you check in the charge you $ 1.50 plus tax for parking.
