Evacuated at 4:15 am for false alarm, which appears to happen regularly. Lobby is hip & urban, but bar was quiet Sat at 10 (no live music or any music) Great waitstaff in bar & patio. Room bathroom had hair in shower from someone else. Bathtub didn’t drain properly so shower became foot bath. Upon ...

Nice hotel but expensive for what you get. Bed was a bit too soft; hotel staff were vacuuming in my hallway at 2:50 AM one morning; there's a sickly sweet odor in all the hallways. However, room was clean and wifi was easy to use.

Both my children go to Gonzaga University. We visit them 2-3 times year. The Davenport Tower is always our first choice because of the location, service, cleanliness and very comfortable beds. A big plus is their happy hour.

No problems with the hotel at all unless you count the view, which I don't
We were just doing a quick 24 hours in town and would only be sleeping in our room. The location is great for Gonzaga parents and they have free parking and breakfast! Most of the downtown hotels charge for parking now. I could not believe how quiet the location is.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great the location was great. Close to down town.
Clean, comfortable room close to the beautiful Riverfront Park. Staff was friendly and helpful
We travel to Spokane every few months to attend the theater and shop. We try to stay downtown so we can walk. This is the first time we've stayed at Courtyard by Marriott and we were very pleased. I would have rated it at 5 stars except for two issues that important to me. First, I'm an early riser ...
I was looking for low price, since i only needed to sleep at the hotel. I felt the price was perfect.
The lady that checked me in was very accommodating with my questions. Rooms seem outdated and corners in bathroom not very clean. Fresh fruit with breakfast would have been nice. Only one lady working desk and breakfast on busy Sunday..felt bad for her...did not feel safe, vehicle safe with parking ...
Friendly staff, lounge onsite, free breakfast, inexpensive parking rate, clean room, comfy bed. Honestly the price was the reason we stayed but the hotel was pretty nice. Would recommend and stay again!

Great place to stay, clean , great breakfast and staff
There is just a different feel to the historic davenport hotel that is nigh' of intangible. The staff was great and very receptive to our needs. Both my wife and I work in the cleaning business so we white gloved some of the hand rails and trim around the hotel and hardly found dust. Not to say the ...

While the staff were friendly, the room price seems to be much overpriced. I wanted to have an amazing hotel to stay at for my graduation, but was a bit disappointed with the room. The lobby and hotel itself are gorgeous, but the rooms seemed to be outdated. Plus, you have to pay an additional fee ...

We traveled to Spokane to Celebrate my daughter turning 16. We needed a place to stay so we can cook our own meals and have comfy beds to sleep. This place met that need. No centeal air but they had a window cooler and several fans that kept the place very comfortable. We were greeted with a bottle ...
