Nice hotel but dated in décor

Not with the nightly rate

Went to St. Louis for a work trip and booked this hotel. Air conditioner in my room broke, maid never came and the staff were not very helpful. Wouldn't stay here again.

Terrible bed

The staff was great. Hotel and room was clean. The bed was so hard though we both tossed all night and woke up sore. It was almost enough to cause me to check out in the middle of the night. An unexpected disappointment in a nice hotel. I won't be back.

Great customer service

Left a valuable wristwatch in the room and didn't realize until we had left. When we called, Neal at the front desk was quick to personally look for it and secure it until we could return the next day!
