Nice, trendy hotel, with quite a lot of beautiful glass artwork exhibits. Located across the street from the (free) light-rail stop. (Note: Light-rail stops at 10pm. So if you take it to the Tacoma Dome, bring along some cash to pay for a cab on the return trip.)
The mini-bar is pretty spendy (even for a hotel mini-bar). We decided not to invest in the hyper-expensive bottle of water (which you can purchase for one-third the price at the grocery store around the corner.)
Finally, when booking this hotel, be sure to ask for a Family Friendly room. (Our room had a lithograph of naked female breasts -- which might be offensive to some.) Apparently, the entire 7th floor is devoted to "Titty art" (as my wife calls it.)

"Perfect for one night prior to early flight east"
The lobby fireplace was cheery and welcoming, and the waiter at the restaurant was very pleasant and attentive even at 9:00 PM.
The room was clean, well appointed, and very quiet and comfortable, with every amenity.
The 4:25 AM shuttle to the airport was on time, with a helpful driver. There are many hotel choices surrounding SEATAC airport, but this is one we will return to in the future
